This honda dealer has taken almost $1,000 from me. They have lied to me, treated me like an incompetent, made me waist time and more money due to their lies. Most horrifically this honda dealer PUT MY LIFE IN JEoPARDY! I have called the dealer 2 different times now within a week and the service manager Ken has not taken any of my calls, nor has he returned my calls. Well sir, i have paid $120 for a diag on the whole bike, i then gave your service department all the plastics pieces to reinstall which your service reps thrice said would be no charge to reinstall with the work i came in there to do. Plastic pieces also included a front fender which when i came to pick up the bike no one installed nor returned to me. Maybe hoping i forgot with all the other stress of my horrible experience there. I was the one that had to inquire as to where my front fender was. Gingerly Josh reluctantly went back to "find" my fender and hand it to me uninstalled. Then they charge me upwards of $380 for the reinstall of the other plastic pieces. Just to find out later on when i am installing new tires that with only a TOUCH of the front fender it brakes in my hand due to someone applying glue to it. GLUE!!! I paid $380 for the reinstall of parts that were not completely reinstalled and then they released an UNSAFE BIKE TO ME WHICH I THEN WAS COMMUTING BACK AND FORTH IN RAIN, ON THE HIGHWAY, AND ON NARROW BACK ROADS. A fender that they were given to install and they refused, something that would have saved my life. What if the original fender came off while i was riding? I then would be flipped over the handle bars into a semi, A TREE, or maybe after my bike was downed on public road i would have been ran over by other commuters. My mother has a Masters degree in Business and Finance, she was also the head of 3 different banks for the training department of their bankers. I know what good customer service looks like. I also know what NEGLIGENCE looks like. 2 of my uncles and 2 of my aunts also hold the same degree. My sister graduated from Harvard due to a full scholarship (oh yes her best friends graduated from georgetown law). And you put me "Kurt OSullivan" and my life in danger. Their beloved Kurt... You guys better Lawyer up. Because when i tell them about this piece of the horrible chapter that you put me through. I dont think they will be able to pull my fathers law team off you. Oh yea my Dad is the CFO of the top cement company in the carribbean. Good luck to you guys when he gets a wind of this. If i were the General manager of West Orlando Powersports in oakland fl i would personaly be giving myself a call before the end of the day and also making sure you get a hold of me.

I have to tell someone about an interaction i had with a service tech at this location. I offered my brother-in-law to take his 97 sea doo GTX to a sea doo dealership to get the speedometer and fuel gauge working while he is out of town. I hooked the trailer up to my truck and drove an hour to Central Fl Power Sports. I was unaware that i needed an appointment, but the person behind the counter definitely let me know that as soon as i entered. And he laughed when i told him what year the sea doo is. Saying " pffft. we dont even work on them" then he basically stopped talking to me as if i was beneath him. I departed that location and headed home. I went on google and found a different option. West Orlando Powersports. This time i figured i would call first, one to save me the time of the drive and two to save me the face to face embarrassment that i had just experienced. Josh was the name of the service person that answered, and immediately i could tell this experience was going to be different. I explained what the issue was with the sea doo, and he explained that due to the age of the sea doo, they couldnt do the work. However, he was kind enough to point out other options and was very apologetic about the why behind it. West Orlando is probably a good hour and a half from my place, and truly i had no intentions on buying my own sea doo. But after the interaction with Josh, i am making the trek this weekend to start to process on purchasing one. I hope this message gets the appropriate attention, Josh (from Service) not only earned a customer, but convinced me to buy a new sea doo when i wasnt even looking to. He explained the new options on the Spark and talked about the comparisons between the older types and the newer more reliable models. Maybe he should be in sales. Or better yet, maybe he should run that Central Florida location. Great Job Josh.

I contacted Champions Yamaha at the same time I contacted Central Florida Powersports trying to get the best possible deal out the door on a brand new 2012 Seadoo. After several days going back and forth I was close to a decision to make this purchase. It was only down to who was going to give me the best numbers out the door and lowest financing. Champions Yamaha demonstrated how bad their customer service is when dealing with a strong customer that likes to get a great deal, will fight for every penny and knows how to play their own game. They do not like to negotiate in good faith and when the numbers do not look to their advantage the stop communicating. I have never seen something like this....you are trying to sell a product but are not willing to go the extra mile to achieve that. I applied for financing with both dealers at the same time but Champions decided not to let me know anything. They will promise you anything just to get you to come in. I guess they prefer to have their units sit at the lot instead of selling them. Central Florida called me the very next day and told me that I qualified for all deals with Seadoo and to when I was going to come down to Kissimmee to get the ski. Central Florida earn my business because the first rule in sales is to always follow up even when it may look like the deal may not go your way. Champions Yamaha sales staff needs some more training in sales and customer service. Let me know if I can ever help you guys in this department. Respectfully, William Retired US Navy Recruiter

Thank you Eli and Wes! I had been looking for a PWC for about 3 months. After doing my research, I decided that a Yamaha VXR would be brand and model that would best fit what I wanted out of my PWC. I first went to Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki, which was the closest Yamaha PWC dealer to my house. I was only there for 20 mins and didnt care for their sales tactics. In the past I have bought motorcycles and ATVs from Seminole Powersports, Cycle Sports Center and Central Florida Powersports. I am been through the buying process numerous times and working Champions was by far the BEST! I contacted Champions Yamaha on Wednesday at 4:45pm via phone and talked to Wes. I let him know about offers I had from others dealers. Thursday I emailed him the offers to see what they could do for a deal at 1pm. We were able to come to an agreement on the price of the Jet Ski and the trailer by Thursday at 6pm after a few calls. Friday after work I drove up, got there at 5:30p and was driving away at 6:30pm. Everything was exactly like we had agreed upon and there were no surprises. The paperwork was prepared and ready to go. The Jet Ski was prepped and already to go on the trailer. My wife and I really enjoyed our Yamaha VXR over the weekend and had a blast! I will be talking my PWC back to them for the 10 hour service and will be reviewing on that experience as well. Thanks again Champions Yamaha for such an easy process for the buyer! Justin Mack
