I had taken my bike to two other shops before finding Holiday Motorsports. After getting my bike back from the first to shops, I found that I was repairing and finishing the work myself that I had been charged for. I have an older Russian Ural and when it needed some work, I decided to bring it to Holiday, and I am glad I did. Not only was the work top notch, extra minor stuff normally overlooked got taken care of, and if I didnt truly believe that they strive to make good bikes better, I wouldnt be writing this review. I believe it was Jeff that did most of the work on the bike and I ended up getting great tips from Harry and Shelly as well. Three years with the bike and two shop visits later, riding away from Holiday (the third and final shop), I can honestly say, this old Ural never felt and ran as good as after Jeff laid his magic hands on her! I refer to Holiday Motorsports as the final shop because as long as they are in business and as long as I am riding, Holiday IS the only place I will trust with my bike, and ultimately, my life. The entire crew is a well knit group. Shelly was friendly and helpful in getting the repairs lined up and also very knowledgable in the motorcycle and scooters they sell, along with Zero motorcycles! Jeff, as mentioned has a magic touch and a sharp eye who is also willing to share his knowledge. On subsequent visits, I found Jimmy can find anything, even the most obscure part. Harry, Sonja, Josh, and Joe are also founts of knowledge and happy and willing to share and help in whatever ways they can. These are people who really enjoy and love what they are doing and seemingly with enough training and experience to handle most any bike that comes their way. The shop is maintained beautifully and is bright and clean. Out front there is a customer sitting area and a tight selection of gear, Shelly insists on picking what she feels is the best. Also in the showroom is a selection of new and used motorcycles and scooters. In closing, I would say that Holiday Motorsports specializes in sales and service of ALL motorcycles with excellent customer service and fun! Stop by next time you are bike shopping or need something done to your bike, you are sure to make new friends and will leave very satisfied!

Excellent service, from the moment I walked through the door all the way through till I walked back out. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff who immediately made me feel as though I were a long time customer. The work they did on my bike was phenomenal and they even washed it for me when they were done! Best bike shop Ive ever been to and I would recommend them over and over again to anyone with a motorcycle or scooter. For as long as I own a motorcycle this will be my shop! Incredible selection of accessories in their showroom, they even helped me figure out what kind of helmet and jacket would be perfect for me even though I wasnt buying any of it during my visit! I couldnt be happier with Holiday Motorsports!

The sales staff at Holiday Motor sports is first class and extremely professional. I have stopped by there a couple of times within the past week, and have spoken with Shelly and Harold. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. The facility is spotless, and the floor bikes are well displayed. Without question, I will purchase my first scooter from their dealership. Honest, professional service. Have taken my Harley here a few times and always get the best advise and only the service i need. They will offer an upsell but only to show me that there are better products out there since my bike was built (2005). They also have new scooters and a few of the most sought after new Harleys. Auction-bought low milage bikes here are great finds!

I used to go to Harley Davidson in Naples until I discovered Holiday. From the first time I went in there my bike and I were treated with respect and as a priority which is totally not what I was used to getting from Harley. My bike is my daily driver so getting it repaired quickly is important to me and the staff at Holiday made it important to them and I appreciate it.

Just purchased a scooter for our daughter to use on campus. Shelly was a HUGE help in the entire process! Complete disclosure on new and used scooters, great tutorial in riding and maintaining the scooter, bonus tips to make scooter ownership on campus easier, and worked around our schedule for picking it up! Customer service like this is rare these days!

The way a motorcycle shop should be. Personal service similar to having a friend work on your bike. I only went for a tire change and was treated like family. Can even bring in your own parts. Comfortable environment, friendly (and knowledgeable) staff, large assortment of gear and accessories, and even electric motorcycles! Will be my new go-to shop.

There is no shop that comes close to the quality of this place in Fort Myers Naples or Bonita Springs. They are Riders who run a shop not people looking to bleed you for every dollar. They take care of their customers because they want to see you ride back in again. Theres a reason this place has only five star ratings.

Got some tires installed the other day. No appointment and they had it done in 3 hours. The labor rates are extremely fair. The other local shops are price gauging and hope youre ok with it. I plan on getting some other items taken care of soon and will be bringing my bike back in. Thanks a lot.
