Recently purchased a 2013 bike, what a bunch of scam artists. From the way they fudge numbers in the paper work, to the way they treat you after the deed is done. Worst experience with any dealership I have ever had. Their $2000 service plan that I purchased was not only over priced, but only valid at 3 of the HD dealerships in America. I paid full MSRP but was treated like I was stealing from them every time it came back for servicing under warranty. Top that off with the dealerships 50miles away were offering the same bike at the same price with a $1000 gift card... The staff only pretends to be helpful but is very obviously commission based. They will pretend to be helpful as long as it keeps you in a good mood, but they do not actually care to follow through. Why am I so upset? I bought a full price bike, and then was nickled and dimed on every possible item. John (manager) then pretended to be helpful in returning some of my investment (from the service plan that is completely void in other states) and has not answered his phone or voice mails in the following 3 months (at that Ive been very polite with him). I was told I would receive reimbursement for part of the unused plan (I used less than 1/3 of a $2300 program, to which I had to haggle with him to return over $300). It has been just shy of 90 days. Worst dealership I have ever known.

This is why I stick with Naples Harley Davidson: I recently bought a 2017 Road King and it developed a common problem which Harleys have in hot climates; the glass on the speedo started having "sweat" spots on the inside of the glass. Harley Davidson proper does not like dealing with the issue and is very restrictive about who gets covered and who doesnt. Naples Harley went out on a limb and took care of my issue by giving me a super discount on an upgraded new speedo, which I was going to buy anyway. This is before they know if Harley itself will honor this warranty issue and pay them the difference. Now that folks is what you call "doing the right thing" in anybodys language. Way to go Naples Harley, you have kept this old customer a happy camper. UPDATE July 15 2017: Today I went by to see if I could get a 5K service done. Even though they were slammed, Edgar Torrealba in Service graciously squeezed me in and the job only took an hour. On top of that, they gave me a $100 off the service due to a special they are having. If anybody in South Florida needs an oil change for their mule, get to Naples Harley before the end of July--its a $100 off the 1K, 5K and 10K service. My 5K service with Syn 3 only cost me a $150, that is a good deal. Call Edgar, he will hook you up. Now a VERY happy camper.

This dealer is without a doubt the worst dealer I have ever had to deal with. The service department will make every effort, bar none, to take you for every penny they can. They will without fail lie to you about needed repairs and charge you the most possible. A friend took her bike in and was told the frame was bent and she was not allowed to ride it out without having over 4K in repairs. Luckily she has friends that know bikes to go prove they were lying. This happened after they sold her the bike for 14K which wouldnt be bad if it wasnt a sportster. She didnt ask anyone if it was a good deal, she just took their word for it and bought it. They have one parts guy that knows what hes doing. If hes off you will not get the right part when it comes in. I say "when it comes" because they carry NOTHING in stock. Took a new bike in because the brakes were howling and was told that the brakes stop the bike and thats what they are supposed to do. They all howl. I think not. You have a sack full of money and no brains head on down and see them. Otherwise you might want to make the trip to Port Charlotte. Ft.Myers HD is the same owner and same ripoff.

Ive bought two bikes from them and both are awesome. If youre looking for a new ride theyre good. My complaint is with service. When I bought my bike the dealership was going to give me a new front wheel and tire as the one that was on the bike was bad. They let me leave saying they would call adverb it came in. Three weeks later I called looking for it and the guy was like oh yeah its here I just forgot to call you. When I brought it in for service a few months later they told me that it would be done the same day. This was great any bike is my daily driver. After not hearing anything all day I call near closing and they tell me that they didnt get around to it because people had brought bikes in and they put them in front of me. So I guess again the next day. Same story. On the third day I finally got someone to tell me it would be done the following day. So four days bumming rides later I went to pick up my bike. I asked them why it took so long and they told me they were sorry, they didnt think it was a priority. Apparently I didnt have the money to be a priority.

I just want to let everyone know these guys are awesome. Ken was so helpful in helping me get fitted to ride again after 30+ years of missing my first motorcycle. He was very patient with all my questions and let me take my time to make my decision to finally purchase a new xl883Iron. I didnt feel pressured at all like I have in the past with salespeople just trying to sell me something. I felt like he truly cared about me getting not only what I wanted but also what he felt was right for me. I completely trusted his suggestions. And then Paul was so helpful with my choices and decisions on different financing and explained everything to me in language I could easily understand. I had many questions again for him and he was very patient with me as well. These guys are the best. I felt like I was not just a customer to them. They are truly new friends. I look forward to a long relationship with the entire staff. I also got great help from the girls in the store helping me pick out a new helmet. I will be getting all my future riding gear here.

Where do I begin? When we first stepped foot into Naples Harley Davidson, we felt like we were visiting family! We are not Florida residents, however, its like "Cheers!" They all know your NAME. It starts from the top - the Owner John, General manager, any person in sales, parts, service, motor clothes or the Wonderful and Outstanding Sonja. As soon as you walk in they ask you how you are, introduce themselves and let you know they are there to help. We have been extremely happy with our Naples Harley Davidson experience. So happy that we purchased a new Ultra Limited from Naples HD rather than back home in OHIO. That total experience was so easy and painless. Any issues that arise with either of our bikes the service department handles right away. The service manager Aaron makes you feel as though your issue-big or small is the most important service of the day! Naples HD and their staff ROCK! See yall soon
