Tried to order a part for my scooter(Chinese Make).. The staff is unskilled, not customer friendly... Ordered part, they said it was on back order from 2 suppliers. And 28 day later said they could not get it. I looked on internet and found the right part in 5 mins and will have it in 3 days. The first price Quote for the part from Motor toys was 140 dollars and i bought the same part online for 46 dollar plus shipping. My advice is dont do any business with MOTOR TOYS because you will be PAYING WAY TOO MUCH for a part you could buy for ALOT LESS on line or another business.

I have purchased 4 scooters from Motor Toys, and unlike these people below i had a wonderful experience dealing with Motor Toys. They fixed my old scooter for a fair price and even delivered it to my house for $25.00. I checked prices on the internet and found them for a couple hundred dollars cheaper but the catch was THEY ARENT ASSEMBLED! You have to put them together and then have to service them before 300 miles. I would recommend anyone to visit Motor Toys if they want a fair deal and helpful service.

i have sold parts to scooter shops all over s fla, i used to have a scooter shop, dont go to a shop if the owner doesnt seem like a fan of scooters, this guy might as well sell patio furniture or griulls, he doesnt care about putting your loved ones on a rinkidy death trap, he doesnt know anything about scooters, if your going to buy the cheapest crap possible, might as well just do it on the internet. i sell parts i know how cheap they are, these type of shops are not a good move

George and his son Drew are more than kind. Its a family run business and they are fair,kind and always accomidating to there customers. They brought my daughter her scooter ( birthday present) shined up and right on time ( no extra cost). Avoid this Business, the staff will take advantage of anyone that walks through the door, do some research on scooters and dont make the mistake of doing business with this con artist. I didnt and have paid double, and was screwed not once but twice, I guess shame on me for allowing a man and a business to get me twice. Bought a brand new scooter, 75 miles on it and the back tire just shreds apart. I bring it back in to have it fixed assuming there is some kind of warranty (it had been 8 days since i purchased it) and no, i had to pay over $150.00 to replace a tire that simply came apart. The owner seems very shady and has a brash attitude.

I had nothing but great service through Motor Toys. I bought a Daelim and ive had a great time using it when family and friends come to visit its a real hit with the adult kids and older folks alike. I would recommend motor toys to anyone in Naples looking for a scooter.
