Best buying experience ever. Joseph Gilsdorf was extremely helpful with my financing and was even able to get my APR down (and therefore my payment) without me even asking. He even gave me advice on what to do to help get my credit better so that I can refinance and get better rates. Brandy was extremely knowledgeable during the test drive and made sure I knew the second the car I was interested in was available for sell (there had been a security put down to hold it). She wasnt pushy, overbearing or trying to use sneaky sales tactics; instead she was upfront about the business, its background and made sure I was entirely in love with what I wanted without trying to upsell me. Even Stanley, one of the detailers, was helpful with some treatments that could help extend the life of my cars looks! Basically, this was like buying from a trusted friend instead of a business. I can honestly say I will be back the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you guys for everything! Gabriel, you have a great team!

I drove 28 miles about 40 minutes to get to Carite of Cocoa . I found the car that I wanted on a website from Usaa . There were over 40 pictures of this vehicle on the website and I wanted to look at it and purchase it on Tuesday, April 11 . I have never been to a used car dealer like this one before . There were no vultures that descended on me when I arrived and there was no pressure to buy anything , just helpful people that walked me through the process of the purchase . I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out . The vehicles they have are scrutinized extremely closely and they have only the cream of the crop. To me it was worth the drive to get the vehicle that I wanted without any pressure , and dealing with very helpful and knowledgeable personnel. The high-quality pictures that showed almost every detail of the car were very helpful to me . Quick, easy and conveniently located.

It was one of the smoothest transactions I have had trading in, purchasing, or financing a vehicle PERIOD. I never wanted to finance, and made that mistake in the past due to an emergency. That bad experience made me stick to my first thought, at least until I came across Mr. Glenn and Mr. Joseph. They make you feel at ease. They joke, they listen, and also give advice and educate you on the process as well as other things. I had to bring my daughter, who is 2. They were very patient and welcoming. I am very thankful and plan to go back next year to refinance. I love my Cadillac Escalade!! Not only did I get a great SUV, I also got a great book reference!! I never had a car sold to me by an author! I look forward to purchasing my next read Mr. Glenn.

Excellent customer service, and awesome staff! I had never been here ever before until last Saturday. Not long after, I left in my beautiful Nissan Juke! Joe and Gabe welcomed me with open arms and really answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed on the vehicle I was interested in. Joe let me take a real test drive. Not just one of those lame "down the street" drives but a real test drive so that I could really get the feel on whether I wanted the vehicle or not. I highly reccommend CARite to anyone in the Melbourne/Cocoa/Merritt Island area who is looking for a used car, with an awesome LIFETIME, thats right, I said it, LIFETIME WARRANTY, and awesome customer service! I swore many times in my past that I would never buy another car from a dealer! I have never been so happy to do just that! My husband and I drove by the lot a couple times last week and saw a car… My car! We finally committed Sunday to drive by there 30 minutes before they were closing and you couldnt tell that Brandy and Joe had been there all day and wanted to go home by the service they gave me! I went to work Monday morning waiting for the information about my lender and went back to CaRite after work and oh what an amazing deal! They dont lie when they say no haggling! I needed a car in my small town in Washington state, in the middle of winter with snow everywhere and we found the awd matrix online at CARite. We talked to Joe via phone, text, email. He sent up details and video of the car and worked with us on our budget. We bought the car, crossing our fingers it would work out, it arrived all the way across the country in about a week and everything is as promised and in great working condition, there were no surprises, and I am now the proud new owner of a toyota matrix. As a first time buyer I was really looking for a good experience and my expectations were exceeded at CARite Cocoa. I came down from Gainesville and the trip was well worth it. The owner was friendly and easy to work with. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. If I need another car in the future I know where Ill be going! I highly recommend!! They told me they financed a customer with a 290 credit score ( interesting since scores go no lowet than 300) if you are "subprime" you will more than likely be refered to their Brite Financial company than will only finance a lease ( research Brite and you will see that you must avoid them) Also they install GPS yracking and remote vehicle shut off on their cars. This means means that even if ypu ate one day late on your payment ( even if you inform them in advance that you will be a late on your payment) they can shut down your car and you will have to pay an additional fee plus your monthly payment to reactivate your car.

This business exceeds expectations. Super deal with fair and honest staff. No pressure, no haggle and no need to. Got a decent car and a decent price for my trade. Quality cars for every budget and/or preference. I was undecided about what size/options to get. Theyre terrific inventory made deciding easy. After driving several cars there was no pressure to buy at all. I could have purchased elsewhere without guilt. They honestly want the customer to be happy and make the right decision for themselves. I will definitely pass the word. If I ever need another car I will check here first.

I had the most pleasant automobile buying experience ever. This dealership had the vehicle I had been looking for. The icing on the cake was I got a real bargain. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Glen was a very professional sales representative and Joe was terrific as well. Cant say enough good things about Carite.
