First impressions mean everything. Glenn was my service advisor and he didnt even bother to look up from his computer when I walked in the door. He truly acted as if he was doing me a favor and acted inconvenienced the entire time. I didnt really feel like leaving and going across town just for an oil change so I stayed and had it done anyway, but I should have just left because he didnt deserve the commission. Really, nobody that rude should work in a customer service field. Im guessing hes part of the entitlement crowd and doesnt know what its like to "earn" business. A dealership shouldnt be judged based entirely on the actions of one rude person but that person IS the face of the business. I will say the facility was very clean and comfortable, but not enough to put up with the rude service. I wont be back, and if you decide to visit the service department after reading this just remember to avoid Glenn.

Richard Claxton is the best sales man around. To put things in perspective. I live in ny. I emailed them about a 2016 focus rs. He was able to give me the best deal from all 20+ dealers I tried to talk to before. I drove down there and filled out the rest of the paper work. Due to scheduling issues and also a recall the car could not come home that day. Talked to them me and my wife flew home and I left my trade there. As time passed Richard and the crew down there stayed in touch kept the ball rolling and let me know what ford was doing. Finally the day came recall completed. They had the car delivered to my house on an enclosed trailer for me. The guys here dont mess around. It really is the most straight forward best priced dealership. Think about it I drove from ny 14 hours. They will work the best deal for you everytime. Thank you guys Ill see you for my next ford purchase.

My wife took her car here for a routine oil change. Some days later, I got lucky and stumbled upon pools of oil in our garage. I called and had her park the car immediately and drove to get her. The engine was almost completely dry. Pushed it to Pep Boys and they said the oil filter was hand-tight and the drain plug was missing an o-ring. Ron Norris came within a hair of destroying our car engine due to a poorly performed oil change and costing us $Ks. Worse yet, after calling them to notify about this, they said theyd "probably" cover the cost of the oil change I needed to fix their poorly done job and would call me back with details. They never did and I couldnt get an answer. I sent a follow-up email after that to their server center and they didnt bother to reply there either. I was so disappointed I almost called Ford corporate to file a complaint.

I had a problem with my 2013 Ford Escapes sunroof. I called my salesman, Gene, (who sold me the SUV over a year ago! so in reality, he owed me nothing!) and he did everything in his power to help. He went to the Service Manager, Joe, to discuss options. They were understanding and extremely helpful. They treated me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I just wish I had gone to them when I initially had the problem but when my sunroof shattered I was in Orlando so I went to the closest Ford dealership. I had a terrible experience at Don Reid Ford (Orlando) but Ron Norris Ford restored my faith in Ford dealers and in people. Thanks, Gene, Joe and the entire Ron Norris Ford staff!

Ron Norris sold me a car that was in a previous accident. The company mislead me to thinking that the car was accident free. The salesman Richard showed me the car fax of the car which did not reflect the accident the car had been in. BUYER BEWARE!! This was my first time buying a car and my experience has been horrible. I took the car to an official dealership where I was shown that my car door had been repainted and the rearview mirror was replaced. When I called the company for answer the salesman acted as if he did not know who I was. Then called me back to speak to me condescendingly and be argumentative. Im so frustrated.

I want to send a sincere thanks to "Bald" Mike and the crew in the service department. We were a long way from home when our new F150 started losing power. We came in unannounced and he was able to squeeze us in. Luckily, no repair was needed. It is just consuming too much oil and fouling one of the cylinders. With that understanding I modified the way we were towing and are on our way home. Mike took the time to explain everything and I even saw him is the service bay with the tech helping check it out. Thanks again to Ron Norris Ford and the crew. You provided excellent service today!

This is an excellent dealership with a wonderful service department. Brought my 2007 mustang in for a transmission swap, and because the transmission I had ordered was defective, Robbie, their transmission expert and James, the service rep, wanted to keep the car there, in their garage, until the problem was solved- in short, they would not let me drive a dangerous car! Excellent service, patient, understanding staff and an overall great experience. These folks are honest to a fault and DO NOT overcharge- a rare combination!

My day-to-day car decided to stop working yesterday and my fiance and I decided it was time to buy a new one. This was the third dealership we had gone to that day and by far the most professional. Richard was fantastic. He took our needs, our budget, and our credit and turned it into an incredible deal. He was not pushy, he was not assertive, he was extremely knowledgable and it was absolutely awesome working with him. We are now the proud owners of a 2013 Ford, thanks guys!

Reasonable prices for needed services and fair warning if you will need to address maintenance issues in the near future. The salesman I worked with and the finance person were top notch. I got a great deal on my trade and on my new vehicle. I love the hard top that the salesman picked out for my truck. I do not like their marketing flyer that was mailed to me ... but I am still very impressed with this place and I recommend it to anyone buying a vehicle.
