I went to look at a bigger car for the coming winter and was shown a used Compass. No one would give me the price and was told the manager was on the computer and couldnt give me a number. I was told by the salesman that they list ALL used vehicles on their website. I had given information of what I was looking for and also how much I was willing to go being honest with the man. I went on later that day to see and ALL of their vehicles had prices BUT that ONE. That seems very fishy to me considering I was told that they had a price he just couldnt give it to me due to the manager. THEN the same day on my Facebook I had some random older looking salesman that was there that I never had anything to do with try and add me as a friend. I would like to know how in the world he got my information other than the fact that the man that I talked too wrote my first and last name to help me with finding a car on paperwork that they must fill out for all customers. I am sorry but for me being a young lady that was with both of my parents I find that creepy. Wouldnt you? I wont be going back there due to these reasons.

I would suggest questioning everything. I have a lifetime warranty and they are trying to charge me a diagnostic fee plus my deductible. They missed my caliber being bad after I took it to them literally 4 times before driving to Florida. I was told I had a radial tire. Assured everything was fine. Had to stop at a dealership in North Carolina for the mechanic there to not want us to drive it across the street because the caliber was so bad. I will never buy or take anything here again.

Great place to buy a vehicle!!! Best mechanics around!!! I wouldnt trust anyone else working on my truck. Its very hard to find a mechanic that does great work and that I can trust with my truck...and I finally found it here at Greenwood!!!

worst mechanics and scheduling i ever dealt with in my life, they over tightened my pinion bearing and cost me a total replacement of all bearings and seals on my rear end differential, what a complete joke they are.

Purchased a Jeep Compass, havent had it for a year yet & already need new tires & had many problems when it came to getting the tires. I would not recommend to a friend.

They will take advantage of anyone. Fake service needs and charge fake coast. If they think they can get away with it they will sure try. Im done with them.
