I gave FMS a 500.00 deposit on a used dirt bike. They told me that they would call me the next day and tell me what they had found once they ran it through service. NO return call. Went in the next day ...ohh sorry we havent had a chance to look at it We will call you tomorrow. FIVE days passed, NO return phone call. Called the Sales Manager, Sean. Oh, so sorry. Sean did call me back two hours later to tell me that no one had order the parts need to get the bike ready. I told him I was going away for two weeks for vacation. He reassured me it would be ready when I got back. Went there when I returned, the front tire had not been replaced as promised. The bike was had to start when cold..." thats normal". When hot, it took three guys to start it. Again " thats normal" Yea right. I got my money back and not even the General Manager tried to salvage the deal. Just here you go...see ya later. They do not care about customers. I watched a well dressed lady stand there for ten minutes waiting for ANYONE to help her. This place needs some extensive customer service training. Do Not Shop Here...Very poor customer service.

i was there to trying to get an ATV, even tho i could paid it cash, so id decided to apply for loan just because i wanted to keep improving my credit score. Since that first moment i stepped in not even a single sales person approached to me until, like 20 minutes later some guy approeched to me, so i told him that i wanted to get a particular ATV. than he referred me to a sales person. Just because i looked young that guy didnt took me serious asking some no sense question while filling the application once we finished all the paper work, He made me wait for about an hour just to tell me the my application was denied telling me that i had 0 credit. lol even tho my credit score is 700+. so i replied i have good credit score how are you telling i have 0 credit. He says thats how it is.i believe those guy didnt even check my credit score just because i look young and it was 4:00 pm on a saturday afternoon so it means weekend. Im not gonna deal with that people on a future.

I came in and ordered a crankshaft for a Seadoo, the guy helping called BRP right Infront of me to get a price and inventory check. I was given a price plus a core charge which I already knew about. I had brought in my core, so I was told I only need to pay the original price quoted which I paid with my card and was told 3-5 days. A week goes by and I havent heard anything from them so I decided to call and I find out my part had arrived already but that there was a mix up in pricing and that the "kid" that helped me screwed up and I needed to pay another $200. I asked to speak with the manager who proceeded to tell me how the guy no longer works there because he messed up so many things but that I need to pay an additional $200. To me this was poor customer service, Even if they had discounted it that would show them owning up to their own mistake but long story short I had to pay an additional $200 to get my part because I was in a time crunch. It just didnt sit well for my first experience with this place. Next time I will go somewhere else for parts

I was not pleased with the service that I was given, I was told on the phone that I had the service plan for my atv so I did not have to pay a dime, when I get there the person at the desk told me that I did not have it so I had to pay $200 after driving an hour just to get there because I was informed that I did indeed have it. Well I paid for it then I mentioned to them that I had a cut wire that I had just noticed so they tried to blame that on me like I would really cut a wire on my $8000 atv, so they said that they would put a claim to warranty to see if they would cover it and that they would call me to let me know what was going to happen with that, its been a month and I still have yet to receive a call from Florida motorsports in Naples. I went on the 3rd of march of 2012 today is the 3rd of April of 2012 and no call from them, I am really dissatisfied with the service I wont go back there again and I will make sure to give this same review in every possible online website that I can.

“When we were looking for an ATV we were told by other dealers NOT to GO to Florida Motorsports due to there inventory is kept out doors in the weather and you might buy a brand new ATV that has rust, color faded and the seat dry rotted! After dealing with the staff on the phone and getting a fantastic deal on a Honda Rancher 2012 that we could not say NO too! Also informed the staff of what the other dealers (Wesly Chapel, thou I am not naming names!) told us and they even send me an email with pics of Florida Motorsports inventory. Once the staff was informed of this dishonest method they went the extra mile. We were so impressed with what the staff did and they made sure no Rust or anything was wrong with the ATV when we went to pickit up. It looks brand new and they totally blew the price out of the water. No other dealer could touch the price they gave! We will buy our next ATV from Florida Motorsports when we are ready. They have made a life long customer in our minds. ”

This place does not stand behind its products. I bought a Seedoo Jet Ski and two weeks later it started taking on water and almost sank. We were out in the Gulf of Mexico and had to be towed in. Florida Motor Sports picked it up three days later because they are closed on Sunday and Monday. We were never called and informed what was wrong. I went in to the store myself four days later and was informed that the O rings had not been installed at the factory. I told them I did not want to have a jet ski that had been under water and asked for a replacement. They told us we would have to sue Bombadier since they made it. I told them that since they sold it to us it is their responsibility. They just want to fix it and give it back to us. We have only had this jet ski two weeks and dont want a lemon on our hands. This is the third jet ski we have bought from them, but it will surely be the last. Beware of dealing with Florida Motor Sports of Naples, Florida
