I came into several huge boxes of jewerly/gemstones and findings. I didnt know what I had or what it was all worth. What to do?? I called several local jewelers and actually visited 5 of them. Would anyone like to buy them from me, perhaps? Should I sell them on eBay? I didnt know.... UNTIL I went into Trinity. I was met by the staff with respect, first of all. This was not always the case with the others. Some were downright condescending because I didnt know very much about jewelry. In the end, the staff helped me through identifying ALL that I had-- when others wanted to charge me quite a lot of money-- Trinity proved all I needed. I went on to sell it all, for excellent prices --all over the world! Its gone now, but if and when I need any jewelry service... Im headed to Trinity. My daughter got the most gorgeous wedding set there, not at all the cookie-cutter look! Theyre the real-deal! "Do unto others...." should be their motto. ^_^

The staff at Trinity Jewelers is amazing. They were extremely helpful during a recent emergency- my niece lost a diamond in her engagement ring just one week before her wedding. The staff was knowledgeable, thoughtful and honest about being able to repair the ring. They not only replaced the missing diamond, they secured all of the diamonds in the setting, cleaned it and it made it look brand new and finished the work in just 2 days!!!!! I have had a ring reset and purchased a number of pieces of jewelry from Trinity and each visit has been just as positive!!! I would recommend Trinity Jewelers to anyone looking for quality merchandise, knowledgeable staff, and brilliant craftsman!!!

I could not be more impressed with Trinity and their staff! They are all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and not in the least pushy. My sister and I both had our engagement rings serviced there and our wedding bands custom made - and it was affordable!! Their turn around time is much better than most jewelers too! The talent and PATIENCE of John, the jeweler who created our wedding bands is impressive to say the least. I will absolutely continue my service with them and would recommend you to do the same.

I took my 22 year old engagement ring to Trinity a few weeks ago and wanted to use my diamonds but get a new setting, John came out and personally helped me design my ring. I just picked it up today and the ring is above and beyond what I ever dreamed of. I was in tears when I seen what he made me and am very thankful for him using my diamonds because of the sentimental value they hold. Great jewelers! Their goldsmiths recently refurbished and updated my original wedding ring for a milestone anniversary--the result was beyond our expectations--more beautiful than the original! Also did a fabulous job repairing, resizing, restoring a vintage ring. Service was friendly and enthusiastic; all work was completed when promised. I got my engagement ring resized here and they were so incredibly friendly and helpful! They told me it would be about 2 weeks (it was around Valentines Day) and then surprise, after only 5 days they called and it was ready! Definitely getting my wedding band and my fiancé here as well. :)
