This ideal family operated boutique, which is located in the heart of Miami; that displays the highest and most genuine desire to fulfill their client’s needs, wishes and makes the entire experience a joy. I have always appreciated each and every one of my visits as an opportunity to learn, share and witness the genuine knowledge, care and passion that is illustrated by Jeff & Malena Newbauer and Allison Newbauer Strongin in their love for what they do and how they operate together. Their dedication to providing luxury timepieces and fine jewelry, along with exceptional capability is a rare commodity in today’s fast moving world. Truly an amazing experience! Where do I begin? I was on the market for a new watch and I visited every Mayors jewelers in South Florida. Every single "chain" store I visited was the same thing, bad service and I never felt comfortable. I happened to hear from a friend that there was another Authorized Dealer in Miami that wasnt affiliated with Mayors. Thats when I called Kirks. I called and spoke to Jeff, he was very corteous and took the time to speak with me over the phone to answer my questions. I made an appointment with them and came in. They have valet right in front and they validate. I got to meet the whole staff and I really felt comfortable in their store. They are very knowledgable and answered all my questions, they let me take the time in selecting the right piece. They by far had the best price, service and warranty than any of those chain stores. I couldnt be more grateful to them for the experience and wouldnt recommend anyone else. They have a long standing track record of happy customers and now I know why. Its no surprise theyve been around since 1947!

Outstanding service. I recently purchased a Patek 5167a from Kirk Jewelers. I had been on the hunt for this watch for a while and had dealt with other authorized dealers and the service that I had received from Jeff at Kirk was nothing short of exceptional. He was extremely patient with me, explained every aspect of the watch, and did not pressure me to purchase. The store has a family feel to it and everybody who works there makes the customer feel at home. Jeff followed up with me after the sale with emails and has been very responsive. After dealing with Kirk, I cant see myself every going back to the other larger dealers in the area. Definitely stop by the store in Downtown Miami (they validate the valet and the store is flawlessly clean) and take a look at the extensive collection of high end watches.

This is going to be a quick cut and dry post as its not within my normal realm of Yelp reviews. I was referred to Kirk Jewelers through a friend and was impressed with both the store and of the service received. What a sophisticated looking shop. I went in to get an appraisal and to have some work done on my wifes ring. The owners are a brother and sister team who are knowledgeable of their product line and of the diamond industry as a whole. They are friendly, willing to listen to your needs and I can appreciate that they provide courteous service without the need of high pressure selling. I like the fact that they are able to share real life examples of their previous work to give you a better understanding of what a finished product might look like, especially when its not in a magazine page.

I was visiting Miami for business and wanted to check out the new Rolex Blue and Black GMT in person. I didnt want to go to the normal pushy big box store and give them false hopes. I chose this place because it was close not knowing what to expect and it turned out to be one of the best shopping experiences I have had. The staff knew everything about all of the timepieces they had and ones that they didnt. I ended up purchasing the watch I wanted that day and they were even kind enough to take the Submariner I was wearing and have it serviced free of charge and mailed it back to me. I highly recommend them and have sent a few of my friends there since.

I grew up in Miami Beach and would walk by their store when I was supposed to be studying at the Miami Library down the street. I remember staring into their window 40 years ago, and I can say today, I entered the store after speaking with Jeff on the phone and ordering my PP. The whole process was perfect, and I offer my complete validation to this store and its family owned business. When you are seeking the BEST, this is the place.

Awesome experience. Perfect service from the 1st contact to the final sale. Jeff and his team are really great professionals and really knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific model which I saw when I was travelling. Based on my humble description they found exactly what I was looking for.
