A Breitling watch that I bought on eBay was shipped to me including a card from this jewelry store. I dont know what the stores involvement with the watch or the sale was but what I do know is that the watch was not as represented because it was missing the gasket that would make it "water resistant" as advertised. There was rust inside the watch and the battery was corroded. Though the seller declined to accept a return of the watch and refused a refund, Paypal determined that the watch as delivered did not conform with the listing and forced a return. Again, though I dont know the relationship between this jewelry store and the watch seller (listed as Michele Ostrow), I definitely can say that the transaction involving the watch was unsatisfactory and I would not do business with either again.

My experience today 11/26/16 was very pleasing and refreshing. The sales clerk was very nice, informative and helpful. She immediately recognized me and my wife from two years ago and remebered the piece we purchased during that visit. I also had a chnace to chat with the owner during this visit. I had a very pleasant experiernce and made a second purchase today. I have comparisoned shop the mall jewelry stores and found the Fountains Jewelry store in Plantation to be very competitive regarding pricing. Thanks again for your help and expertise. Once again the staff at The Fountain jewelers made our shopping experience pleasurable and fulfilling. Purchased a diamond heart necklace for my Valentine.

I want to start off by saying thank you. You and your staff are the best! The Customer service I have received has been exceptional...today when I walked in for my engagement ring I was nervous. I was nervous that once again I was going to be disappointed and given a ring far from what I designed....but when I saw my ring today I was WAOWED!!!! It came out better then I can imagine. I just wished I would have met Ruben a year ago...I would have saved so much money & I would have been happy from the 1st try. You will forever have me as a customer. Thank you again.

Bella and Reuben are the best! My family has been only going to fountains jewelers for years! I got my first necklace from them when I was 13, now I am 30 and just got my engagement ring custom made from them! Im going back to get my wedding bands as well. The quality and price can not be beat! I love them and their attention to detail. In this day and age its easy for businesses to get a bad rap on the Internet from a couple bad reviews, I am one to say dont believe everything you read online... Go and check them out for yourself!

You Only Get Married Twice!!! We love this store. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Both Reuben and Rachel were at our service to make sure that we found exactly what we were looking for within our budget. I went to 3 other well known jewelry stores (including Daouds) and they didnt have as large and fabulously original selection. I found the owner Rueben and the salesperson, Bella to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend this jewelry store above all others. I have lived in this area for 38 years and lucky me, my husband buys me lovely jewelry and I am so happy I found this wonderful store.

Wow...never had quite THIS bad of an experience anywhere in my life...I purchased a very expensive watch on ebay thru this store. The watch stopped working. Reuban Ezekial did absolutely NOTHING except inform me of the 10 day refund policy his store had. No help, no assistance even in trying to get it repaired. Theres ALOT of jewelry stores out there...I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS ONE FOR ANYTHING.

TERRIBLE service. I bought a vintage LeCoultre Memovox alarm watch here, but when it arrived it turned out to have severe mechanical damage. Several expensive parts as the balance pivots were broken. Customer service is terrible, they did not answer my questions and ignored the issue. Im stuck with an overpriced broken watch now. Thanks a lot! DO NOT BUY HERE.. BEWARE.. SCUM!

8-6-2011 I went to get battery changed, they broke my watch face, then tried to give it back without telling me, when i told them they broke it they didnt seem to care and brushed me off quick, i was told they had to keep the watch to send it to get fixed and it would take two to three weeks to get it back, im still waiting.

Went in to get a watch battery changed, usually a 10 minute process. They somehow popped the back of my watch off and could not get it back on. Had to wait over a week for them to fix it. Got the watch back today and the back cover is all scratched up. I would recommend another jeweler for watch battery changes.

Fake Ruben sold me a Fake Rolex. The dial on the Rolex started to turn another color. I had it looked at by an authorized Rolex dealer who suggested we actually send it to Rolex to determine if it was real. Turns out it was fake and will cost me $2600 to replace the fake parts. Snake oil sales man, stay clear.
