Visited this store during an extremely busy time, but still received great service. I was shopping for one specific product, the clerk asked me a few questions to clarify exactly what I was looking for and directed me right to it. Busy as it was, the checkout process moved along incredibly fast as well. As much as I love shopping online, its really strange to say that its easier to shop in-store at Sephora as opposed to their website. If only they could carry their entire online inventory in-store...of course that isnt realistic since the stores would have to be fifty times bigger, but still, score one for brick-and-mortar retailers (and Sephora online folks, please do something about the issues with your site being buggy, and two day shipping always taking way more than two days).
