I wouldve rather given 0 stars. I went by their shop yesterday after running low on some items. No one even attempted to help with my shopping experience. No greetings or smiles. I proceeded to pick up the items I needed and took them to cash out at the register. No one was waiting, so I stood there waiting to be called as 2 young ladies were getting cashed out. A group walked up and made a 2nd line waiting. However, it was me who the associate chose to scream at "the line is over here" after waiting a good 5 minutes. She pointed behind the group while saying this knowing good and well that I was waiting ahead of them and that there was no sign available for the customers to know where to actually form a queue. So in light of this attack and poor customer service, I placed the items I had picked up for purchase on the counter and walked out of there with my head held high without saying a word. When I got to my car, I called the director of the store and made her aware of what had transpired. Although she was apologetic and wanted to ease my obvious disdain with the treatment I had received, the damage had already been done. I will never spend another $1 in this store which I had patronized many times since moving to the area. Oh, and this customer can actually afford to make big purchases.

Georgina did a wonderful job today she made my wedding day more special I loved the makeup she took her time doing what I call a perfect makeup I highly recommend this store and if you need a makeup artist ask for Georgina she is one of the best makeup artist at SEPHORA she knows what shes using on you and keeps you up with the products she uses thanks a lots I loved it ♡

I purchased the wrong color and went to return it ; mind u I paid CASH! so why did this chick try to give me a store credit card....I stopped her cold in her tracks! I will NEVER shop there ever again, not only are their prices ridiculously high they dont want to give u back your MONEY theyre crazy!

Lauren the cast member who works at the register is the best, her bubbly enthusiasm is very contagious, I use the motorized scooter/wheelchair is easy to maneuver in the store, everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable.

This location is the best Sephora! The reps are always helpful, they give great samples, and on the rare occasion I need to return a product its not a problem whatsoever. Highly recommend for all your beauty needs!
