I was improperly charged for a small padded envelope with photos in it to be mailed to New Hampshire ($6.75). I went to Shaws today and asked them about the price --it should have been $1.75. When I returned to Staples with the receipt and talked with a manager, he was very rude. He said "You should have known better about the price." He said I needed to show him the envelope. Of course it was already mailed! I told him the clerk did not even weigh the envelope. I did receive my $6.75 back, but it was not a pleasant experience at Staples!
