This is not a legitimate buisness, I could sue, but its too much drama... Cons only: 1: Tech is bad and overpriced 2: Computer services are highly deceptive, it doesnt take two hours at a rate of 90$ per to replace a DELL keyboard, I watched a YouTube video and did it in 30 seconds 3: customer service is *bad word here* ...in my time of need before i got my full time job, i needed a lifeline phone for just a week before i got my cell replaced, they gave me a broken 6 year old Google phone, and no charger, i came back for the charger and a woman who ive never seen befire claimed to have given me the phone against my testimony otherwise, she gladly gave me a charger free of charge, mainly because it too was broken, when i came back for a replacement, i was hoping for a freebie but was willing to pay anyway, until she damanded, she being the same woman, a recipt that she never gave me, as there was no charge, thus no recipt, she claimed to have given me one and basically called me a liar... i just went to target... i had planned to buy an iphone and laptop from "Computer Solutions" the following tuesday, but i decided to go to amazon instead... Lol

One star is only because I have to choose something. I bought a charging cord for $10, and it turned out I did not need it, four days from when I originally purchased it. I was told that I can not return the item because of their no returns POLICY! This policy is only stated on a receipt that I was NOT given AFTER you buy something. Drive the extra miles to the big box store, steer clear.

Deceptive operation. Sold used laptop displayed as new. 1 year new purchase warranty only had 5 months left on it. Refunded next day next day but charged $70 restocking fee. Manager has no decision making empowerment or credit transaction knowledge and is also short- tempered. Has to call owner for everything. Stay away.
