The quality of the cuts here is top notch, while youre there remember, these arent chain store cuts of meat at chain store prices. These are quality cuts by a real life butcher, like our grandparents used to buy from. Prices may seem high but all things are relative! Service from the owners here is outstanding, they are always ready to make recommendations and ways to save a couple bucks. They recently expanded the store so come by and see it and have a sandwich in the indoor seating area. Support our local small businesses!

Even if you arent the type of person to get meats from a butcher, I cant recommend enough to stop in and pick up some of their specialty brats. Ive gone 5-10 times to get brats for a party and 100% of the time the brats are the highlight. Take the Philly Cheesesteak brat for example. Its an explosion of flavors. This isnt Walmart - the prices come about to about $1.60 or so per brat. So its not an every week thing for me. This last time I tried a lunch sandwich - very good as well. Love this place.

I recently called them about ordering food for our party. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude. I had two questions for her, and she absolutely could not be bothered. She was sarcastic, and couldnt believe that I would call and not place an order! We will never spend another doller at this butcher.

Such a great butcher! We have loved everything we have ever gotten here. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality meat. The NY Strip Steaks and Burgers are awesome. Cant wait to try the brats!!

You might think they are pricey, but they have weekly sale items which are a great deal, cheaper than the local Jewel. Excellent quality meat and poultry. A true full service butcher.
