Friendly staff who are always willing to answer questions regarding what cuts are best for what. Huge variety of specialty brats (including many Gluten-free options!). Fresh cut meat from locally raised beef. Well organized website. The meat bundles / special bundle of the month always are priced very reasonably. Happy to travel out of my way to support this small, family run business. (All this is coming from an Angus farmer who is currently out of our own freezer beef!)

Went there for the 1st time. The counter person was not friendly and almost rude. When asked about ground beef I was shown plastic bundles, I can not see the meat and no marking about fat content. I asked about whole chicken was shown chicken breast. I presume she meant that they had no whole chickens. Although this butcher is much closer, I will continue to drive to the one in Normal. VERY disappointed.

I went here for the first time last week a few days ago, after hearing about their $30 monthly bundle--this month it was two pounds of brats, a pound of sandwich steaks, a pound of sandwich pork chops, a pound of hot dogs, and a pound of hamburger patties, which was a really good deal. What Ive eaten of it has been great. Service was fast and there was no wait before lunchtime on a weekday.

Best butcher shop in town! Excellent ribeyes and pork chops. Our favorite are the bacon-wrapped pork filets. Good price and big enough that my wife and I split one. Their brats are good but I recommend the loose brat meat (we make brat burgers out of them and we love them). This is also the only place in town we buy ground beef. Highly recommended!

I recently got me beef processed here. Since the new ownership this place has changed for the bad. The owners customer service sucks!!! The associates are great. Not the owner!!! His attitude is going to run off a lot of business.

Everything you want! If you love meat youll love this place. Parking is a little tight but, patience and the love of Good meat should outweigh this!
