The Tilary sofa fell apart in about 13 months and there is no warranty. I purchased the Tilary sofa and after a little over a year the padding was shot and I am sitting on boards. Unfortunately, the warranty is expired and there is nothing they will do. We havent used the sectional extensively and there are only two of us in the home so the padding on a normal sofa would not have this issue. I believe it is just very poor quality. I did buy some foam from a fabric store and made seat cushions with covers to cover the seats so that the boards dont cut off our circulation when we sit on the sofa. It is not a good thing but I am hoping that I can use it a little longer this way because it is rather expense to have what we are now calling our disposable sofa.

The bed that I picked up was not the color I ordered. The box had the correct color and the guy at the delivery dock asked me to confirm the color. When I got it home, I discovered the that the bed in the box was the wrong color. I called the store and they told me that there was no correct color in stock, but I could wait 2 weeks, return the wrong bed and pick up the new one. All the pain and suffering was my burden. They would not waive the delivery fee to pick up the wrong bed and deliver the correct one. The primary sales point to me was the immediate availability, since I had a mattress being delivered the next day. While they were apologetic, I still had to solve the problem myself.

Best store and easiest store ive ever been to! i say easiest because everything was so easy and fast. we went in and the customer service was amazing, they greeted us as soon as we got through the door, and within 5 mins they had already found what we wanted and were ordering. Everyone was so nice and understanding, we were given a discount even though we didnt know about theyre special offer. Best experience i have ever had!

Ordered a large chandelier, didnt open the box when a day after it arrived saw that it was in sale. Called to get the sale price and was told that they dont do adjustments! If I dragged the huge box to the store I could return it, but lose the large shipping cost, and then have to pay it again! This is a ridiculous policy with the worst customer service that Ive encountered. I will not buy from this chain any longer.

Nice furniture, smaller store since inside a mall but can get an idea of what selection they have and the variety of options their furniture comes in. Never purchased from, seems overpriced but not sure if the quality matches that or not.

This is one of the better West Elm stores for a few reasons. Its much bigger, always has inventory and are very nice to work with. Also, they can always knock 20% off if you ask nicely :)
