I recently walked through the store just looking, but with a sale on decided to make a purchase. It is a smaller store, but it has a good selection and the staff was able to provide me with information and pictures of furniture from various makers - Henredon, Drexel, Hickory Chair, as well as Thomasville to compare and consider. The staff was well informed, friendly, and helpful. Glad I went in.

Terrible service. No other customers in store and sales reps offered no greeting or assistance until we had circled entire store and were about to leave. One slovenly kept rep did walk past us without saying a word and sat down at his desk. I have previously bought Thomasville furniture, but will ensure not to do so again from this store due to their inattentive and rude staff.
