My fiance bought me a vanity set from this company on January 1st 2016. It is now almost March and we still havent received the entire order. It took four weeks for the bottom half to be delivered but when it arrived the mirror was broken. So weve been waiting to receive the mirror; however, no one EVER gives us any updates on when to expect it to arrive. Im tired of waiting for something that weve already paid for. The sales associate that I dealt with is extremely rude and is very nonchalant about the entire situation. I usually dont write reviews but Im extremely frustrated! The customer service in this store is lacking. They want you to spend your money but could care less about you after the transaction has been processed. I will NEVER order/buy anything from this company again.

Direct Furniture was by far the worst furniture experience weve ever been through. For one, they submitted our order wrong. When our order came to our house, the color was wrong and was missing the end piece which in the end didnt matter due to the wrong color but we also purchased a rug and that did not come with the initial order. I had to argue with the Store Manager to explain what we had ordered to get it resolved. The manager didnt even work with us on the day we purchased our order but insisted he knew what we ordered. Unbelievable. Additionally at the end of that phone call he told me to calm down and hung up on me abruptly. Terrible customer service. Stay far away. Theres a reason you dont see much of these stores around. These guys are lucky to still be in business.

Very clean and elegant store. Was very impressed with the stuff and decors. Great collection of various furniture. Price are very low and quality is great. Ordered a great living room set for my house, cant wait to get it. Well deserved 5 star. Would given more if I could, the stuff well deserved it. My sale associate Max didnt even seemed like sales person, very patient and friendly guy. Keep it up guys. Thanks

My comment is for those, who wants good,honest service please dont waste your time and money at direct furniture,which is located inside Springfield mall, employees in the store they are nice to you till you buy stuff, once they have your money , they are rude and wont help you with anything, happened to me and I dont know other people to face same problem.

Walked in the store without any intention to buy furniture but customer service was great and they have great collections. they almost had everything. they did 2 free deliveries for us and made us happy even the furniture was delayed because of holiday. thank you max. he was great we loved your service and we will be recommending more people to you.

It is a furniture store, so it is like buying a car, high pressure. They were friendly and spent a lot of time trying to find me a chair I liked. The chair I ordered they ended up not being able to get, but it was not their fault. As furniture stores go, they were fine and I would go back. I got a good price and love the chair.

Great and Wonderful customer service. I just bought a new Pulaski bedroom set everywhere I looked I couldnt beat their prices. Put it on layaway because I had to get rid of the old furniture and was not hassle When I couldnt make it in for a payment. They were very patient with me. Love this store.

We walked in and a worker asked if we wanted anything and we told him that we were "just browsing" trying out the couches and then all the workers just stared at us and made us feel awkward and then he asked us something in a harsh tone and we just left. Took our Business somewhere else!
