Their delivery guys are the worst. The first time they tried to deliver they claimed the elevator is not large enough and that the freight elevator seems to be the same size. So they are taking the couch back to the store. Im thinking, ok these guys know what they are doing, this is their job so they must be good at this. Later that day still I measured the freight elevator myself and of course it was slightly bigger than the regular one. They agree to re-deliver. On the 2nd attempt they still cant fit the couch in the freight elevator. When I point out that they just need to turn it diagonally to fit it in, they argue with me. Finally, they turn it diagonally. Not only the couch fits in the elevator, but also the 3 of us too and we finally on our way up. Then the adventures continue, when again they are unable to figure out how to fit the couch through the door. They twist it in exactly 2 ways back and force for 15 min, then shake their heads all concerned and sad and finally proclaim that the couch wont fit. Making pictures along the way Im guessing for their supervisor of how it doesnt fit at its longest and widest through the door. Again I point out that turning it diagonally and at its narrowest will work. Again they argue with me for a while. Again finally they try and it fits through the door effortlessly. Honestly, in case this store has a high rate of non-deliveries its because of these two guys. Theres zero effort, thought or motivation there. And also some nonconstructive stubbornness. At some point I started to wonder if they try to fail to deliver on purpose because you cant really be this... unimaginative. That being said the store does have a good assortment and Fred was very nice. Word of advice - watch the delivery guys closely and dont take their no for an answer. IT WILL FIT.

Long story short, I bought a bar table for an okay price. This store does have some decent furniture, but some of the prices are steep when in comparison to other stores. I wont say the staff is necessarily rude. However, very prone to making excuses for terrible assembly and delivery teams. The thing that set me off the most was the fact they scratched the glass on assembly (4 inches) and told me I had two options. I either get $50 off and take the product "as is" or I wait for another. Its $50 for shipping, so I couldve picked up the product not damaged in store myself for the same price they wanted to give me a damaged product for. I had to reschedule delivery nearly five times, listen to excuses every phone call, was told wrong information by an employee about their delivery services (the time windows), and practically wait inbetween the 2-3 month mark to finally receive my furniture. Pros: Decent furniture; the staff are not all rude (had 1 decent employee help me and stick to his word - didnt catch name) Cons: HORRIBLE delivery wait time (way past their estimates), delivery team is not from that store and is from Alexandria & poor route planning and time slots, will make multiple excuses, assembly team may make a mistake and cause your wait time to increase, horrible compromise in the event of a mistake

Dont ever go here. Worst mistake of my life. I wanted to exchange the mattress for store credit, not only did they want me to bring the mattress myself. They want to charge me a 25 percent restocking fee even with the store credit. Save yourself the trouble and find a mattress professional.

The manager is rude and the service is awful. Please check the invoice carefully before you make a contract. They never explain to customers about return policy and others. Please please dont make a mistake like me.
