Ive purchased a king sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress, box spring, frame, sofa, and love seat from JMD Furnitures store. This was delivered out side of the apartment on the next day evening around 6.30PM. We were disappointed when we unwrapped the mattress to find that there were visible stains on this mattress, giving the impression that this was either used or something spilled on it. Either way, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this product and I requested FULL refund of the money that I spent for this mattress or bring me a NEW mattress without stains and has the original shape (not smashed down). The mattress that we received looked NOTHING like the one we saw and agreed to purchase on the showroom floor. In good conscience I cannot allow my 7 month old son and 2 year old daughter to sleep on this mattress. We are HIGHLY unsatisfied and requested them, to arrange a pickup of this mattress immediately. I tried to discuss this issue with Sales person and Manager, but they were uncooperative and continued their point of "store policy".

DONT BELIEVE AND BUY A MATTRESS FROM HERE UNTIL YOU READ THIS... I PURCHASED A MATTRESS FROM HEAR THINKING THAT IT WAS NEW BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE PLASTIC, BUT LITTLE DID I KNOW WHEN I TOOK IT HOME I NOTICED THAT THE MATTRESS HAD THIS FOUL HORRIBLE SMELL... SO I DECIDED TO TAKE A BLADE AND OPEN IT UP. OMG!!! I KID YOU NOT, COME TO FIND OUT IT HAD ANIMAL HAIR INSIDE AND ALL THEY DID WAS TURN THE WHOLE THING INSIDE OUT AND JUST REPLACED THE TOP LAYER OF THE MATTRESS. THIS MATTRESS HAD STAINS, ANIMAL HAIR AND HUMAN HAIR ALL INSIDE OF IT! THE SMELL OF THE MATTRESS WAS UNREAL. DONT BUY FROM THEM. AT THE END OF THE DAY I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT TO CUT IT OPEN IF I WOULD NOT HAVE SMELLED THAT SMELL COMING FROM THE MATTRESS. THEY CLAIM THAT THESE MATTRESS ARE BRAND NEW BECAUSE ITS IN A PLASTIC BUT TRUST AND BELIEVE ME, WHAT I SAW INSIDE THAT MATTRESS WAS UNBELIEVABLE! BEWARE!!!!!

Not good at all. Bought and paid for the furniture same day, delivery was scheduled for one day (my building can only take deliveries before 4pm-and I made sure they knew) so they try to call at 530 and say theyre here. No go try again the following day. Say theyll arrive at 11-12 after 530, they show up!!!! At this point Im home and meet the drivers. Two gentleman depart the cab of the truck, nothing but profanity then they realized I was meeting them. Sloppy with the loading; hit corners, the ground and sides of the doors. Then they only had part of the delivery! Its been two weeks and i have not reached the office to find out what is going on. I can keep going but from the reviews here its obvious you should stay away.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to wait over 12 hours at my house for the delivery between 2 days. The manager Jasmine was not helpful and unresponsive. The furniture is also of poor quality and does not fit right. No one at JMD furniture will return my calls or emails and I am repeatedly told a manager is not available. They did not respond to a request from the Better Business Bureau. I would never purchase anything from this store.

Horrible Experience- they scheduled a delivery from 10am-1pm on Presidents Day, even though I questioned their ability to deliver on a holiday. Then on the day off they called me at 11am notifying me that the warehouse was actually closed and that they would not be able to make the delivery. Their poor management and customer service has left me with any empty living room as I am going to get a full refund.

Dont even attempt to buy from this store. They sold us bad mattresses even though they were brand new and wrapped in plastic. A piece of metal is coming out of one of them especially straight in the middle which could cause injury to the back. When trying to return them, they only do so with a receipt (which lets keep in mind that some people may lose!) Horrible furniture and service

Recently went and bought a large sectional from JMD. Lady who worked there was super cool, gave us a good deal which included same day shipping! (on a Sunday mind you) Got everything for under 1000 and the sectional is the best couch Ive ever had.

This is a terrible store.....I will definitely not recommend this store to anyone. No good customer service at all even their product wont last long.... They use sales discount to attract customers and deceive them.

I bought a deal of 485$ of complete bed, mattress, box spring, mattress and two pillows! At pick up time they miss behaved and said their is no box spring in the deal! Never ever go to jmd temple hill.
