Buyer beware! This store will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to close the sale. I started my order on June 9th when I was told delivery would not be a problem. Just give them a date and a time and they will work with me with a 2 hour window. Yesterday I finalized my order and requested delivery to my new apartment on June 29th after 1 pm. The customer service representative named Brie told me she could not schedule a time in the system and that I can tell the Hagerstown store my availability and they will schedule the time for me. Today Hagerstown calls to confirm delivery and tells me I cant schedule a time or a window. I am not available until after 1 pm. She said she could make a note but there is no guarantee. So after being mislead twice I told her that if I cannot have my bedroom set delivered anytime after 1 pm after being told by both the salesman and the CSR that it shouldnt be a problem I will cancel my order and shop elsewhere. She said that is fine and told me I needed to call the Rockville store to cancel. I call Rockville and ask for a manager. The person who answered the phone identifies herself as a manager (likely story since retail store managers rarely answer the phone). At this point Im livid that Ive been misled for 3 weeks. In the 7 minute conversation she never asked for my name or order number and decided to talk over me explaining their policies and procedures. When I finally told her about the poor customer service and after spending almost $2000 I will not take a day off to accommodate their schedule as its their job to accommodate the customer she then told me I needed to speak to the Rockville store directly. I then said she already identified herself as being a manager of the Rockville store and she said she didnt and transferred me back to Hagerstown. Hagerstown then offered to call Rockville and have my order cancelled for me. Eve at Hagerstown was the only person during this whole process who actually had a clue on how to handle and upset customer. Long story short, the order has been cancelled and Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Beware of what these people tell you as they will say anything to get that sale. Sadly I admit I didnt read the online reviews beforehand. Now that I have I realize my error as I am not the only unhappy customer.

You guys i visited your store and i saw a very poor managment that feels about the store is closing and frustrated .They are not motivated to the job. Few floor employees on the floor. Finally i am not refer this store to sny of my family, friend anyone i know sorrrry.

I called to ask questions about my bed that i purchased and the lady that help me purchased the bed was very helpful but i have not heard anything back after our conversations about my concern and the manager was no help at all gave a real dumb response to my concern.
