Customer service is horrible. Deli workers just stand and stare like they dont have a clue to whats going on around wothem. Also deli workers have you waiting to place an order while they stare at each other to figure whos going to stop washing dishes to serve you. If its almost time for them to leave you wont be getting anything because they will tell you. "Oh its time for me to go home". Store also needs to be cleaned on a regular i think its so dim in there because of floors and walls. Store should be bright when you walk in an seem friendly. The biggest kicker of all is the Customer service desk omg. Why even have Western Union if your system is constantly down. And no its not the WU system bcuz when theres is ALWAYS DOWN. I go one block up and their system ALWAYS WORK. Get it together Krogers before they turn youll into a Publix...

The customer service is Terrible. I went to the Seafood department at 7:26pm only to be met by the meat individual packing up the meat. When I asked what time he closed he advised 8pm but he starts breaking down at 7:00. When I asked if that meant he stops serving meat he ignored me and turned around. When I went to speak with a manager he advised he did not know the breakdown procedure. I think it is imperative if you say you close at 8pm that you close at 8pm otherwise, state you close at 7:30pm. The fact the manager is not familiar with the closing procedures and, the department was terrible I will Never go there again. I will stick to goin to Publix. Yes the cost is slightly more but, the customer service is phenomenal and they always accommodate even if it is 2 minuets before they close.

I have been shopping here for over 5 years. I love the renovation to the store that occurred 2 years ago. Also they have the best deals in town, like there mega events and there coupon on both your phone and mailed to your house. The Friday free download is awesome, Walmart never gives that. I save when I get gas there as well. I always save money on my grocery bill there and that is why I shop with them. This location is just convenient especially to other locations like Wesley Chapel. I am not always happy with some of the employees when they have an attitude but I dont live there so I only have to deal with them for the moment then get my groceries and go. The same with some of the other shoppers they do have attitudes but just get your stuff pay and leave.

This is the Worst Kroger ever. The parking lot is dirty and the grocery store is never stocked well. The cashier at Customer Service did not want to ring my groceries because it would have taken him away from his other duties. He did ring me up but it was through a wall (plastic) that you see in convenient stores. This Kroger used to be nice (about 15-20 years ago). Its sad to see that Kroger will spend money on revamping or building nicer and newer stores in other areas then improving on the older ones in other neighborhoods. I think I will decide to drive 20-30 minutes away to a much nicer and friendlier Kroger.

The security guard kept jumping towards me. I am 53. Hes over six feet. I felt threatened. I will make a police report if he stalks me again. I dont know was he threatening to kill me? With all thats going on with police abuse and shootings the more I think about it the more I am extremely afraid. If anything happens to anyone regarding a killing or a shooting this is documentation of security guard stalking and harassment. I paid cash for my groceries and even after I paid he was still jumping towards me. This is creepiness at its highest form.

They had a great sale on the Pepsi products if you down loaded the coupon. But once you get to the register it wasnt working . The cashier was wonderful trying to make it right. My disappointment is when she called the manager Mr. Nash. His attitude of helping resolve the issue and then he just walked away with no help to the cashier nor to me as a customer. I will not be visiting this store any more. Thank you so much Ms. Anita & Mr. Jonathan for have such a positive attitude.

This Kroger needs a up grade on building and new carpet in front of store. The lines in parking lot needs painting and rails where basket are located needs painting and parking lot needs re paving. The grocies baskets are down near bus stop. They need new grocery baskets. The inside store needs remodeling. The outside side walks needs pressure washing. I call and spoke to Kroger mangerment and reguest up grade for store and they never made any changes. The produce need to be better.

Im very pissed at this place. I bought some Kroger brand frozen artichoke hearts a couple of weeks ago with the intent to make hot spinach artichoke dip. Well, I microwaved the artichokes per the bags instructions and when I opened the bag the artichokes were brownish-gray; some even had dark lines. I check the bag, only to find out that these FROZEN artichokes had expired in JANUARY 2016; its OCTOBER and theyre selling an expired product. Its ridiculous!

Recently moved here from Lawrenceville... love the selection here and despite others negative assumptions about shopping here versus grocery stores in "better parts of town" I find that the selection here is superior to many stores in other "well-to-do" areas. Been back and forth to this area for past year and havent had a problem. A wonderful bonus is there spread of organic offerings!!!

How come I cant give this store a 0 rating, anyways this is the most hood, most ratchet, ghetto grocery store I have ever come across this far being in Georgia. Not only are there people who frequently go there who act like trash and are trash but the lady helping me at customer service was also her self a reflection of the same demographic. Never absolutely never again.

To many stranger hang outside of store harassing, begging, and consumers for money. At this location, there are never enough registers open causing customers to wait in long slow lines. On several occasions I brought this up to store managers attention and nothing has changed. Customer service at this location is very poor

Nice place to shop for your food and the pharmacy and also you can buy your gas and use your coupon to and and it makes it convenient for everything and also Closer by your home and you just got to love it Im just saying and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and most of all be safe everybody with love peace and soul!!)

I went to buy chicken and this lady see me standing and skip me to serve the white man and he told the lady I was there, Wal-Mart is the best krogers need help and Jesus with the racists ass, excuse my language. I never went back they always bad every time I go in so walmart have my business.

No one answers the phones called for two hours from 6 am to 8 am and they were not even busy not professional at all where are the managers maybe this store needs needs new Store managers that can ensure it is ran properly I love Krogers but this one is not professional at all or clean.....
