If you are going to buy a car there here are 4 things you will absolutely need that they will not tell you up front 1. Current pay stub. 2. Social security card. 3. Insurance or ability to get insurance that day. 4. $500-1000 deposit. We took our son there to get a car. Its strange to me that the sales personnel do not know the cost of the cars. Its also strange that you will be approved for a loan and you are forced to spend what they choose. Example if your approved for $10,000 you cant buy a $8500 car. In the end we are pleased. Their communication between the sales reps and financing is very bad. My son walked away with a beautiful dodge dart, full of gas and ready to go. But it took 4 hours because we did not have all the items necessary for their requirements. I called befor we made the 30 minute drive and asked specifically what we would need and none of the above items were mentioned and we had friends sending picture of paystub ect because they told us w-2 and proof of residency. Crazy deal

I went in February and traded in my 2002 Suzuki for a 2013 Dodge Dart, because I was tired of paying the gas my SUV was taking traveling back and forth to work. Fast forward now to the end of April and Ive poured $1000 into this new car to keep keep it running, and instead the engine is bad in it. Its been sitting at a dodge dealership for over two weeks now not running while they have to work through figuring out what to do next. The PCM (power control module) in my new vehicle had been flashed (erased and reset) twice before I bought it and the vehicle only had 37,000 miles when I purchased. Thats something that they should have made very clear and known to the buyer. So, now Im stuck making high payments and dont even have a vehicle at the moment. They got a decent running car out of me and I got a car gat doesnt even work and high payments. Good job guys!

I bought my car from these guys had it for less then a week and the check engine light came on so took it to Midas to have it looked at and found out it had a crack in the head gasket along with a leak in the lack and pin so I took it back to the dealership and told them what was wrong Mike the guy that sold me the car told me that their guy needed to look at it and if what I said was true they would fix it. They had my car for 3 weeks when I got it back the full tank of gas I left it with was gone and nothing was fixed in top of that every loaner car they give me had something wrong with it got stuck at Wal-Mart on Easter cause the van they loaned me had a bad battery in it. I regret ever doing business with this company!! Approved by Joe my butt and nicer newer car only applies if u have good credit if not u get a car from their junk used lot

Awful! My husband and I waited for over an hour and a half just to find out if he was approved. Poor selection on cars. Hardly any trucks. NOTHING on the lot has a price, they do it that way so they can jack the price up as they see fit! Fernando (one of the employees) said that my husbands 1997 Dodge Intrepid was rear wheel drive! Umm I think not. Front wheel. They arent made as rear wheel. He also seemed very unsure about what he was talking about all the way around! Will never be going to this lot for any reason. We ended up going across the street and getting a car that was just like one on their lot for half the price and more features!

My girlfriend and I are first time auto buyers and luckily through my bank got set up with Capitol City Motors and had a wonderful experience. Mike was very honest and helpful and found us exactly what we needed and could afford. We werent sure on our first visit but after looking around realized we would get the best value there, and the next day we had a reliable, safe, low mileage car that will last as long as we need it. We never felt pressured and left extremely happy. Highly recommended!

Rod was great! We came in said what we wanted, and he went right to work on getting us the car we wanted for the payment we wanted. He even helped give advice on extra resources to help out, and drove the car to our house! Julie was also very helpful in walking us through all the paperwork, and breaking it down so we could move through the process as quickly as possible.

Bad experience. No one wanted to return my calls regarding if I was able to be approved or not. Seems like they were too afraid to call or something. I wont be going there again and will let people know to stay away from there. Its no wonder theyre not doing so well. They need to know how to be professional. Very sad.

Very nice people, not overly pushy salesman. Very comfortable environment. Really nice and try to work with you. Have a good selection. Wed looked at several places but this was our first big vehicle purchase, and who definitely be going back to them later for a second one.

They want you to leave with a car! They will work with you on Everything, even the down payment! If you are casual car buying they might seem pressuring but if you are for sure going to buy go to them!

They can approve about anyone for a loan but dont really want to listen to what you want. They try to strongly move you to something different and newer even if you know what you want.
