I am writing this review to hopefully prevent other customers from making the same mistake I made, purchasing a used truck from Furlong. As a carpenter I rely on the people selling the vehicle to make sure it is ready to be sold, unfortunately my truck was not. I was told since it was previously owned by the DNR it was well maintained and I would have no issues. One day after it was purchased I brought it to a mechanic and after learning of some of the issues, I reached out to Furlong to see if they had a return policy, I was literally laughed at. Close to $3,000 out of pocket later it is now back at the shop to get the 4 wheel drive fixed (it failed the first time it was used). The litany of issues on this vehicle is staggering. Furlong did admit some fault and fixed the broken gas line and fuel pump that had failed. Nevertheless, I am still 3k out of pocket on repairs and the truck is still not working properly. I sincerely question their honesty and integrity. This purchase has been a great stressor on me and my bank account. Anyone thinking of purchasing here should have a trusted mechanic check the vehicle thoroughly.

Dont buy from these people!!!! I bought a vehicle from them and it showed that it was low miles, and they swore up and down that those were true. Recently discovered that it has over 400,000 on it!! They did not disclose all the information on it before I bought it.

Brad helped me and my wife find a Buick Enclave that they didnt have on the lot and got us a great deal. The staff at Furlong were helpful and courteous. This is my second car purchase there and I will continue to buy my cars there.

Took a 2004 ford f150 for a test drive the thing sounded like a diesel, askEd the salesman about it. He says Oh yeah thats the cam phasers we know there bad its common. What a joke
