This place provide horrible customer service. Not only are their return policy unreasonable. READ the fine print on your sales order and do not let them steal your money. They charge a fee for returns, even on items that was never picked up but paid for fully and that is according to the manager. Even if the fine print doesnt say so, if you are non-spanish or you are not a man, they will treat you like crap. They discriminate against anyone who does not speak spanish and especially female (which is by the way a hate crime). If you did not read this review and they are doing whatever it takes to rib you off or being unreasonable. I advise you dispute the charge on your credit card and then file a complain about their business practice with the state of Florida. I advise anyone to go to homedepot if the items you want to get is not that much of a price difference. At Home depot you can return item without dealing with mean customer service rep and you can get 100% refund. It is not worth the trouble and aggrevation to deal with these guys.. I have done it and regret so much. They have lost me as a customer forever and I do not wish others to experience what I have experienced.
