Worst customer service Ive experienced at any Home Depot, and Ive been to several these last few weeks. We were searching for specific flex pipes in the plumbing section and were approached by an older woman with short hair (unfortunately I didnt catch her name) who had no clue what our project was yet did not hesitate to tell us the item we already had (not what we were asking about) was wrong and pointless to buy, she shushed and ignored me when I tried to tell her what we were doing/looking for, put her hand in my mothers face (think of a "talk to the hand" motion) and insulted my uncles knowledge. She spoke to us in the most condescending tone the entire time so we ended up getting the one item we had before speaking to her and left. Wont be going back to this Home Depot.

If there was a way to give less than 1 star I would. Ive been to this home Depot a hundred times and this was the last straw Usually they are more than happy to help and go out of their way to make sure you get what youre looking for. The customer service this time was about as bad as it gets and its been falling off every time ive been there for a while now. The associate I dealt with was rude, uninterested in helping me and overall just a jerk. I will make every effort not to go back to this home Depot. Its a shame because its a nice store. The employees are slowly ruining it. If Lowes were closer to my house they would be getting my business.

Terrible customer service. I had to call 10 times in order to find out about a special order that I have place My special order was suppose to be completed in 3 weeks and is going on 3 months I have call and ask for a manager and explain the problem it has been 2 days that I call and still he has not respond my call. I will be calling higher up department for this. .

Probably worst Home Depot Ive been to. Ordered something online when I got to the "online order pickup" counter there were 20 associates doing nothing and didnt even get acknowledged by anyone. Not to mention I waited for over 20 minutes for one person to tell me I had to wait. Seriously work on your customers service. I dont mind waiting but at least be courteous.

I went to rent a cleanning carpet machine. The assistant was very good but their machines need them to be updated. They were dirty, and inadequate. Spent 2 1/2 hours working hard and the result was terribly disappointed. Conclusion: bad customer service. Get a new set of renting machines so we dont throw our money in the garbage!!! Pinecrest customers be aware!

Theres never anyone to help put things in your car, I had to put three 5 gallon paint cans in my car and Im a petit lady, because they only have 1 guy helping people. How can a store this big have 1 man to help. And there is also 1 slow guy helping at the paint section when theres several people waiting for service . HIRE MORE STAFF

This Home Depot sucks. They say they are open at 7 am Special Easter time online but the employee standing at the door says its Easter we open at 8 am sorry! No wonder Tony Stewart does not race his cars for them anymore! They should hire competent managers that check their own online pages for errors and then correct them

I was waiting on the line for 35 min. while a recording said , "Your call is important to us , please stay on the line for the next .... " BUT THEY NEVER CAME ON THE LINE and the store closed at 10 PM . I tried again this morning and was passed around like a ping-pong ball . VERY BAD SERVICE .

Awful customer service in their millwork department, went on 3 separate occasions to be told no specialist was working to help me in that department. Went to the Deerwood store which was fully staffed and they were able to help me special order an exterior impact door.

I was put on hold for 1 hour just to get the fax number to the design center. This has happened numerous times on different occasions. I think they need to hire more people who are knowledgeable about different areas to speak to customers who call in.

This is a large Home-Depot where you can find anything and everything related to home improvement. They also rent our carpet cleaning equipment and tools. Plenty of parking and helpful staff if you can find them.
