Worst customer service period. Bought an old house to do a full remodel a few blocks away from this Home Depot and every time I need assistance with something it is a very long wait to get the right person to help you just to find out they dont have what youre looking for. Although when you go to the Home Depot website on your mobile phone to look for an item, set the search preferences to the particular store youre shopping at, the system says they have 30 units available, wait 45 minutes for the employee in charge of that department to show up, you explain him what you want or need and hell tell you: "aaaaah, we ran out. Gotta wait for the next shipment." The layout on this store is the worst. They only have one person in electrical when the department is split in two separate sections far from each other: isles 8 and 9, then jumps to isle 47. They had to call the electrical guy 6 times (5 different employees via the intercom system) for him to show up 45 minutes later to tell me that the 30 units that show in the website are not available in the store as the system suggests. Either the management is too cheap to hire a second guy to help in a large department like electrical when the layout of the store calls for it given the department is split in two large sections far from each other, or the system implemented in their website to let you know the availability of the items youre looking for is inaccurate and misleading, or the employees use the easy way out telling you they dont have it available so they dont have to get the ladder and get up there to find what you need. Its probably all of the above. The funny thing is that every time I leave this store and go to the Davie store the experience is completely the opposite. From now on Ill drive a little longer and go straight to the Davie store.

Worst customer service Ive seen in a long time. Its raining- they have no one to help with building materials located outside. Talked to someone at customer service desk said - "if we send them outside they will melt. " The Gardening department is under water and the employees in this section are hiding in the dark. I ask for rocks the guy didnt even look up the inventory. Said "come back when its not raining we dont have any right now and I cant check bc its raining ". I went to customer service - there were 184 bags of rocks in inventory. They spent 10 minutes calling and paging associate in gardening dept. I drove around outside - found the bags - went back inside - still no help - took my umbrella and started loading my rocks. While Im loading I notice the garden department associate on break smoking a cigarette 10 feet away from the rocks I had asked him about. The level of customer service at this Home Depot is 0. Go anywhere else but here. Managers at both "pro" desk listening with blank faces. No help. Just a bunch of employees laughing and talking having a great time. Btw I put one star bc I cant write review with no stars.

Entre 2:45pm y 3:17pm Unfortunately I have been waiting for more than an hour to make two cuts to a 4x8 wooden board and after telling me in two occasions that they are coming to help me, I see the lumber workers at the entrance of the store talking and nobody comes. Between 2:45 pm and 3:17 pm

My 88 year-old parents and I visited this store yesterday June 2nd. We found our way to the bathroom vanity aisle, studied the options and then needed assistance. When no one appeared I sought out an employee and asked that someone be called to assist us. After 10 minutes or so I again sought out another employee and asked that someone be called. After 15 minutes my mother could stand no more and needed to leave. As she was making her way to the car I asked a supervisor to call the store manager. He didnt respond to her repeated calls. I then left my telephone number and asked that he contact me. Still waiting; sure Ill never get the call. I wanted him to know that I had observed a lack of interest in customer service, but now I understand how that came to be; it starts from the top. There were a multitude of not very busy looking employees in the store, but now theyve lost the business of their new neighbors.

I went in to buy a dryer late at Night. The person in appliance section was helping someone forever because the customer didnt know the size of what they needed. Do a young guy named Javier came to help me. He didnt have the training and asked for help on some things but he got me set up and taken care of that night. The next morning I came to pick up the dryer. Customer service was getting the dryer off the shelf to load in my truck. I waited for 30-45 min by the truck. I got tired of waiting and checked the shelf where the dryer was. It was still on the shelf and nobody was working to get it down. It just so happened that Javier was working that morning and passed me by. We spoke for a second and he jumped right on getting the isle closed for the lift. Within 10 mins Javier hand delivered the dryer and loaded it into my truck. Very satisfied with this young mans performance!

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes they provide the greatest customer service while other times the workers are ignorant and lazy. Home Depot is one of the few places that provides such a wide variety of building materials and household supplies so you either have to grin and bear it or "vote with your pocket book" and just go to Lowes. Your choice. I barely go to Lowes so I just end up dealing with whoever is at Home Depot. According to Home Depots website, the Home Depot app has a "product locator" feature that displays a map of the store along with the location of products within the store aisles and the inventory levels of the products. Perhaps this is a good way to circumvent the bad customer support. I havent downloaded the app but Im definitely going to check it out since it has the product locator.

Beyond frustrating. Went Saturday to buy some lumber and get it cut, waited for over 45 minutes for the person to show up, only to nag that I was asking too much, he proceeded to make 2 cuts, and then said the saw was not working right, that needed to be repaired, so left my order with all my specifications in their counter, and was told it would be cut when they got the machine fixed and that they will call. They never called, Monday afternoon I called and said order was ready, went Tuesday afternoon and nothing had been done, that I needed to be there when they cut it. So wasted another 30 minutes or so on that with another employee that nagged at the sight of having to do a few cuts on my sheet of lumber..... they seem to forget they only have a job because of their customers I guess....pathetic
