Most useless home depot ever. When shopping for a dishwasher and was approached by a woman who when I would ask about the ones on display would just read what the paper said and end it with "this is good and its stainless steel"... then when I would inquire about which is the better brand, etc. She said she couldnt answer that question. I asked her kindly to bring another store associate who could help me better and she became rude telling me how she was the person who worked the longest at the store and had done over half a million in appliance sales. Brought another woman who was able to answer ALL my questions and actually tell me about each brand in detail. I then went searching for some pest deterrent, couldnt find what I needed and asked another store associate who didnt even look up from what he was doing to tell me he doesnt know anything and walk away. I asked a girl to call someone for me who actually knew and I told her no one was even helping and she stated "oh yeah this home depot is the worst"... even the associates say this store is horrible. Left without the pest deterrent as the two people she called to help me didnt even bother to come help.

Home Depot es un lugar para mi poco frecuentado,solo en escasas ocasiones lo visito para alguna herramienta o partes para una reparacion pequeña. En ocasionar se vuelve un poco tortuoso encontrar algo por el movimiento del mismo personal de la tienda con sus cierres de lineas,ya sea porque estan acomodando mercancias o algun derrame de algo,pero para este tipo de tienda es normal. Por lo demás Home Depot en todos los aspectos es un buen lugar para encontrar lo que necesitas para cualquier arreglo del hogar.

Hay buen trato por el personal pero aveces necesitas hacer una pregunta y no encuentras empleado del área. Por que cada vez que vas de compra siempre hay nuevos empleados? Botan a los empleados, eso da la imagen de una administración irresponsable. Tal vez los empleados se van por que les pagan mal o no le dan full time para no pagar beneficios. Por eso muchos se quejan de no encontrar personal con conocimientos cuando necesitamos repuesta.

I have a project due in 2 days and I had an idea already of what I needed to built. I came in confused on what kind of items I needed and how I was going to put it together. I first ran into Jimmie and he helped as much as he could and then referred me to Devin. This guy is an angel in disguise! In general its very difficult to excavate anything from a Home Depot. The categories the items are under when researched on their website do not coincide with how they are organized in the stores. This combined with the fact the few people I was able to flag down for help did not know where to find the item I was looking for makes for an unsatisfactory experience that losses out to online options like Amazon; where I ended up buying all of things I originally went here to find.

Horrible experiemce. 1 employee in paint, never bothers to tell us there is a number system. We wait 25 minutes for him to answer our question and then tells us to get a number so he can mix the sample paint we need. Of course now theres a long line of customers in the middle of the aisle waiting for paint. Unavceptable, since he knew we were there before a line even started waiting on him. Disrespectful, unprofessional and ridiculous...but hey Only in Hialeah this happens...

Éste, como otros Home Depot son un desastre. Ya en varias ocasiones no he encontrado lo que busco o en algunos casa se acaban las cosas. Y ni hablar del reguero en el área de plumbing.

It was a really bad experience. the service right there is too bad. I was waiting 1 hour and a half for somebody to come just for cut I wire that was now. I was yelling for help aint nobody come to help me. The other day I was trying to buy some boxes. and I have to wait like 2 hours for somebody come to get the boxes. for me . muy mal. They should change the person that right there.

Today at 7 after long day work ask if someone can help me to load 30 ps of 2*4*10 they say no problem was 8:15 and I find the guy tall me yes helping Oder claint Im ask for a manager to talk and was a teen age at the fron counter total arrogant and tall me way I can wait Mor time the mos poor service I have this people are total incompetent

This is the worst Home Depot that I have ever been too. The manager here seems to not care about the store or hires employees that are not fitted for this type of work. You cant find nothing in the electrical department. Everything is a mess, they dont have what you need and no one seems to care about keeping stock organized.

Im sure I go here way too much. I just love going in and browsing or asking questions, especially on kids work shop days. I think it is a nice atmosphere and fun. Sometimes it takes a minute to find an English speaking employee that isnt a high schooler and actually knows what they are explaining, but I still love the place.

I normally buy everything I need at Home Depot but this place is crowded and when you need help with something they ignore or get mad and if you need help looking for a item they dont help you look for the item you need. Workers normally you see them just standing their and talking to each other.

Mario is great at making sure you leave there wry all your questions answered. If he is not there make sure you ask for him because he is there to tend to your every needs. He is also very knowledgable of every departmemt.
