Very UNHAPPY !! Finally got a gift card to replace a mini-fridge that broke down during its warranty ,I was not informed that my food was covered under the warranty I Paid for& when I picked up another 1 last night at the store at Port St. Lucie West Blvd. in Port St. Lucie Florida ( using Last of my vehicles fuel ) I found I was sold a Defective fridge. I got a 2 Dr. Vissani 4.3 cu. The freezer door is crooked & Not sealed. Now I have to wait to buy food . I cannot afford to go out to eat as I dont get paid for another week. Now I am getting the run around buy Both companies !! I will NOT Recommend Home Depot to Anyone EVER !!Store manager Marilynn tells me to drive back there After being told I had NO Fuel for my vehicle and that I have Severe Bronchial Asthma ( no inhaler because I cant afford one). She refused to let me finish a sentence & continued to interrupt everything I tried to say. She should NOT be in customer service at all. The customer service at Home Depot Is as Bad or Worse than WALMART !! At least Walmart was willing to deliver a replacement .

I want to start off by saying that this Home Depot is clean, organized and has a great handful of knowledgeable people.There is one complain on one specific person, his name is Jeff. Jeff is a special individual who for some reason feels the need to harass any pretty woman that walks into that store, including my wife. He doesnt seem to have a department because he literally walks anywhere he wants even if he has no idea about that department (I have been misguided by him before on purchases). He has no shame and will bluntly creep you and your spouse out, he has done this to my wife and I a few times and even other friends wives (which was uncomforting to find out). Its so noticeable and bothering that even other home depot employees have mentioned it to me...this is especially frustrating because though this is the closest store to me I now only visit this store when I absolutely have too but prefer to go somewhere else if I can, especially if my wife is joining me. Hopefully management does something soon.

Needed to get my AC cleaned - was going to do it myself, then I got stopped by an agent in the store. He said they could take care of EVERYTHING for a special 19.99. Obviously I thought that was GREAT. However, they never called, so I called the store, they then backtracked and complained about technical or lazy people...I cant remember. They set me up with an appointment the next day. I waited ALLLLLLL DAY and not even a call. I missed 3 jobs (my personal work) to sit around for nothing. Typical - I like Home Depot in general, but these contracting people they use are worthless and give YOU a bad name.

Worse experience ever at this location buying Appliances. Spent a lot of money to get to have Thanks Giving dinner at my house but when I received my Samsung appliances two out of the four items were broken. The main thing my stove. Then I waited two or three weeks to get the stove and dishwasher and the dishwasher was broken again. Its been close to two weeks I call home depot and they have no clue that I still havent received my dishwasher. By the way I received my first bill and havent received my dishwasher yet.

Lol, I was looking at refridgerators and the employee at the desk kept making it incredibly obvious she was eyeing me suspiciously. Shorter lady with long curly hair and I think glasses. She asked me (in a very insincere tone of voice) if I needed help finding anything, and immediately after I said i was just looking around she very loudly asked a nearby coworker "THE CAMERAS OVER HERE WORK, RIGHT?" What damn fool. You think Im going to stick an entire fridge in my pocket and take off? Idiot.

I went to Home Depot today for just a few things; paint, tomato cages and vermiculite...everyone was friendly and spoke to me, i.e. good morning, how are you...The tomato cages were way to big, the wire really wide, they had NO vermiculite...what do people use to retain moisture and keep the soil loose in the garden? The man in the paint section was helpful and suggested the correct paint for my job. Oh well, I guess I will go elsewhere to find the garden supplies I need.

Signed up for 2 class to learn to tile and paint. Arrived early as advised to find the class set up but no one available to teach the class. Once someone came he only address one male in the group and left several times to help others walking by. As for the painting class they just forgot and went to lunch. So I guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for. But I still got the supplies needed for my project, I just bought them from Lowes.

I made the mistake of trusting that a hot water heater was in good condition based on the fact that the box was not damaged. I opened it up to discover it was dented but the plumber still charged us 200 for the visit despite having to reschedule to come back. HD employees told me, in reference to dented equipment, "that happens". Im out 200 dollars now. Thanks.

Last 2 out of 3 experiences have been unacceptable at this location. Customer service treated me like a criminal when I exchanged a ceiling fan that stopped working after 5 months and customer service again treated me poorly when I went to pick up an internet order. Will either go across street to Lowes next time or drive across town to other location.

Nice store, I just dont like how its the only home improvement store that has told me to put my australian Shepard (50)lb dog, in my cart, It is utter nonsense and the main reason I choose lowes when Im in that area, and avoid this home depot if at all possible.

Wish their was more options for home improvement. It seems every time I come to this Home Depot I can never find an associate for assistance. Youre better off Googling whatever you need and it will tell you what aisle the product is in

Good selection and service at this newish location. Convenient with Lowes across the street for comparison shopping. Traffic on St. Lucie West is always a nightmare, take Crosstown Parkway to Cashmere if possible.

I always find what I need, but I usually end up going to the Walmart superstore about 4 minutes drive away. Ive been able to find some of the items I was looking for cheaper at Walmart.
