Has every part for an appliance you can think of...if not they can order it for you. Prices vary on parts needed...have found cheaper parts online but due to needing ti have all my appliances working I come to the store. Go online or call to see if parts are eligible for pick up.

Never had a problem as long as I had model# & serial # and they deliver it to my door so I dont have to go back to get the part easy enough I think
