I went to go pick up an online order and the staff is very disoriented in whats going on. They have no order with clients and fail to realize when they have made a mistake. An older lady cut infront of me in line and the "supervisor" didnt even bother to aknowledge it. Instead when i confronted him about it and asked "can we do things in order? Because Ive been standing in line too" he rudely and loudly yelled "i am the supervisor here and this lady was standing to the side" (which by the way aparently is out of sight) If so they why couldnt he COMNUNICATE and said "an attendant will be right with you, i have to attend to this customer" or something instead of waiting for people to feel upset. Poor leadership skills. If this is the type of "supervisor" this store picks then needless to say they have very poor judge for team leaders and staff members. I wouldnt even hire this guy for a custodial job.

I went to this Home Depot because the one at 49 St. has horrible customer service. Not much of a difference here, I should say. I asked an associate for help. Another associate who was next to him pointed to another who was visibly busy at the key kiosk. She assured me that she was the right person to ask in that department. I went up to her. She tried to help but know nothing about what I was looking for, and had to call someone else. At least, she tried. Home Depot should definitely improve its customer service. Ill go to Lowes next time.

Pésimo lugar, pase 2 horas y nunca llegaron a ayudarme a hacer una llave. Tampoco ayudan a los clientes la muchacha me decía que la persona estaba en camino y nunca llego nadie, no lo recomiendo para nada si quieren un buen servicio no vengan a este lugar

The majority of the staff was too busy to help me or blew me off but finally I found the right person to talk too. Leo the master plumber. He took the time to answer all my questions and saved me from making a huge mistake. If you have a plumbing question ask for Leo. Otherwise the rest of the staff is useless. I give 5 stars for that one person. If only they could hire more people like him. Thanks for the good experience.

Went here to get a spare key... Had two employees call in people to go to the section. Nobody showed up.. Any worker that pass by me I ask if they knew how to make a key and said no and kept walking.. Very unprofessional.. could of just said hey wait here i will get somebody for you... Guess what.. I ended up playing with the key machine and figured out how to use the machine.. Waste of my time to come here.

The worst HD I can think of and I got to them all over the state a few times a day. Took over an hour to do a phone order last Friday and now I believe that they gave my materials to someone else when delivered. Spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to speak to someone about it only to be transferred and dropped. Im driving to the store now to handle in person! Go anywhere else!

Great employees. I had Fernando help me out. I tried to find a product that i had no idea where it was. i waited for someone to help and Fernando helped me out with whatever i needed in the store after circling the store multiple times he helped me out with a smile on his face

Never cut wood in this location, the cuts were all over the place and messed up all the wood I just purchased, plus they even charged me. I had gone to other home depots where they had cut wood for me never charged me and done it right. This was truly a waste of my money.

Is easy access to get to its not that much traffic and its right in the center of every where you can easily come from the Doral to this place didnt go into the other Home Depot that its a lot farther
