Horrible experience I have a 05 ford thunderbird hit by a drunk driver no insutance mine is paying...being I have kept the car perfect we took it to ford which became the auto mall. Our first clue we should not leave it was the first employees in the office talking about their upcoming vacations an taking personal phone calls as we sit and wait for them to say "can I help you"! After a 15 min wait we asked to see the manager which Greg came out we told him this was my baby an needed a good job done. 3 weeks later Monday morning 8am they call to pick up the car....think it was done on Friday before weekend? Anyway picked it up and the paint job was not even close to the rest of the color of the car! Starting to drive away but could not get 1 mile away as tires were not balanced after replacing front axel! We turned around went back and waited for the balancing. We take it back after several days as the underneath insulation was coming out from under car, and The headlights had so much overspray of paint on them you could not tell they were even on at night plus the paint does not match when talking to the manager Greg he tells us "nobodys perfect"! Had he told us that when we originally brought the car to him we would have NEVER left it !! Another 4weeks they keep my car an again under car installation sticking out headlights still covered w over spray paint no better an lines do not match up on hood ir bumper! Another week goes by my car overheats having to pull over call hubby to bring water, the radiator had some screw wasnt in right thus over heat next 2weeks oil in the garage we take it to Stans Transmisssion to b put up on a lift and bolts were not tight one left out to hold oil....Enough! Just plain frustrating an sickning! I now get people telling me how cute my car is BUT have u been in a accident? Why? Well your car is different colors!!! Just plain disgusted will pay to have it repainted at Body Werks...where it should have been taken in the first place but we wanted to keep it FORD what a joke! Greg does not need to manage anything but the phones!! Good luck if u dare leave your car with the auto mall which is Gary yeoman ford!!

Beware of fake reviews on this page...Stay away, this is the kind of place that gives dealerships a bad name. Horrible customer service and they just flat out lie. Found a truck on eBay. Called them up to make arrangements prior to coming down, (Im in Atlanta). They take a deposit on Friday and on Saturday call me and say the truck has been sold. Oh well, but thats funny they didnt take it off eBay. 2 hours later I win the auction, they call, you won the truck. I was like great, didnt think it was there anymore, but could understand how there would be confusion, because by this time I had already spoke to four or five different people trying to get help. Then financing options that were approved and available before hand are all of a sudden not available....no problem Ill bring a check. I let the guy on the phone know I was tired of being jerked around, I had accepted every offer they put on the table, tired of not being called back and the deposit was paid and a plane ticket was bought so id bring a check and pick the truck in the morning. Not 5 mins later, 6:45 on a Sunday, the supposed GM calls, with the lies his team has filled him full of and tells me the car was sold, yet again. Which at that point I really didnt care as they made the experience so awful that I wanted nothing to do with the truck at that point anyway. Told the GM just refund the deposit and my plane ticket. Which was only 150 and they wanted a receipt. WoW! Trust issues maybe? Stay far, far away from this place. I find it funny that nearly every excellent review says the dealerships name in the first sentence or so. Dont be fooled..

Can you give less than one star? A guaranteed cash purchase just walked out the door. The salesman who met us at the sidewalk, Nasu (?) was condescending, rude and possibly the worst salesman I have ever encountered. If this is the front line person, I would hate to see who works behind the scenes. We drove 45 minutes to see a Ford Edge with our son. We were met by Nasu and he asked what car my son was looking for. When my son told him he said, "You cant afford that car." When we insisted that we see the vehicle, he showed us the car. It was new but had a big gash on the center console. When we asked what would be done about fixing the damage on this new vehicle he said, "Im not the service department. You need to check with the service department." I got back in my car and tried to call the sales manager but was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Go to Palm Coast Ford. They were helpful and caring.

5 star rating. I have been going to this dealership for 5-6 years now. The only problems I have ever had with my last car happened when I took it somewhere other than Gary Yeoman Ford to be worked on….whereupon I immediately went running back to Gary Yeoman’s. They are trustable and professional as well as warm and helpful. They are fair priced as well. Mike Higginbotham was recommended this time as my salesman for a new car. He was not pushy or tricky as salesmen are portrayed in the movies. Mike was someone who competently helped me to be able to make a successful purchase. I love the car. I recommend the dealership as well as Mike Higginbotham.

I hate car shopping. This place is the reason why. Im young so generally no salesman tend to help you. This was the case here, i waited for around 10-15 minutes for a salesman. They point blank were not interested in what i was looking for, instead showed me mustangs. Them had the audacity to wayyyy under value my trade. not by a few hundred but rather 2.5-3k dollars. And thought i was stupid enough to to accept.that offer.Also told me they couldnt get financing on vehicles with over 100k miles, when clearly they can. Go elsewhere. I did and im happy

I just bought my first car from Gary Yeomans and it was as good an experience as buying a new car can be, which is usually a bit frustrating. Mike Long was the salesman, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and answered my many questions. He took the time to show me the many features and assured me he would be available to help with any problems or issues I might have. They worked hard to get me good financing and overall it was a good experience and I would recomend paying them a visit if youre looking for a vehicle.

We went to buy a new car...walked in and was greeted by Sam got passed of the the Sales Manager Colin...we stood around for 30 minutes. Colin was supposed to be checking on something but saw him dealing with another customer. The Manager apologized and said we must have got looked over because they are busy. Well we just looked over your dealership. We came to Auto Nation because we purchased a new truck from Dodge and had a great experience. Thanks for losing us as customers for good. Taking our business elsewhere.
