Buying was easy but that is when the problems start. After I sign the paperwork on a new Fiat 500L I am then told they dont have a spare key and would have to order one. No big deal except it took almost 2 months and I have to schedule an appointment with another dealer to get it programmed since I live out of state. The real problem comes with my plates. It took 75 days for the dealer to get my plates and then they tell me I owe taxes I have to pay to get them. I contact the lady who does the plates and she tells me they paid my property taxes. Being military I am exempt from property taxes in the first place and the dealer should never pay property taxes anyway. I was told the only way to get my plates is to pay them and then try to get a refund from the state. I called my county tax office and they confirmed the dealer never should have paid the taxes. I have left multiple messages for the general sales manager with no return calls. I guess my next call will be to the corporate offices for Fiat USA. Do not use this dealership if you live out of state or are military. They have no customer service after the sale.

UPDATE: Do not deal with these people. We bought this used VW Jetta from them in October and now nearly March we still do not have a title. We have called repeatedly and been told they will look into it and get back with us. We even went to the dealership and were given the brush off. So we are filing a complaint with the BBB & the State Attonerys office to report this unethical behavior. Feb 22 2017 ======================================================= We were looking for a used car-there were limited number available to fit our price range so I dont recommend going there for used cars. However John was great to deal with but we didnt like the haggle back and forth. Once given my best and only price they kept trying to get me to increase it. I really didnt like this method of selling. It is either a yes or no and let me go. Each person had to check with their manager. Why not send the right guy the first time. Give me your only & best offer. Spent 2 hrs there haggling and then had to wait while the car was prepped. Also no owners manual available. Who doesnt pass on the owners manual?

Called to ask about Fiat Forward Care coming with the purchase of a Fiat. When service didnt answer I called back and jokingly asked for a Fiat Magician, since it was a studio. The receptionist says, "You can call back with a better attitude." and hung up on me. I called back and got no answer. I waited a few minutes, called back (this time to speak with manager) and the phone was picked up and hung up on me again. Will not be servicing my Fiat on my way to Orando. Will be servicing my car IN Orlando. No wonder I hear so many complaints.

Just spent 15 mins with this dealers on-line chat person. All I wanted was a price of a vehicle. They wanted phone number, address, email address, just to reveal a price. I feel they want way too much personal information just to share a price. I dont think I feel comfortable with that. Can you imagine if I was crazy enough to buy a car from them? Who knows how much information they would want or what they would do with it.

Scan artists!!! We negotiated for a car and we live an hour and a half away so what do they do they sold it before we got there!!! We were 30 miles away!!!! Do not buy from them!!!!!! Straight up swindlers!!!!!!!
