I want to thank EVERYONE at Elite Auto Sales. Not only am I in love with my 2007 Lexus RX350, they have gone above and beyond to make my car buying experience excellent. I was nervous to buy a car all on my own but they put me at ease. When my car started to have some unforseen mechanical issues after about 1 month of ownership, they did not hesitate to fix it at great cost to them. They were very concerned with my satisfaction. While my car was getting fixed by their exceptional mechanic on 3 separate occasions, they accommodated me in providing transportation so i could still get to work. There was no way i could have fixed these issues on my own so i truly thank them for their help. From the owners to the sales staff, i felt very well taken care of. I recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury car at a great price. THANK YOU ELITE AUTO SALES!

We purchased a BMW 328i here after looking around at several dealers in the Orlando area. The car was exactly as pictured (unlike several other dealers), and they worked with us on the price. Everyone is friendly and not there to push cars or meet sales quotas. Gogi (not sure on spelling) was a straight shooter and even educated us on what to expect with a BMW...the good, bad and ugly. They held the car with us while our bank went through the loan process, and made some small repairs we pointed out before purchasing. When we returned, they had the car detailed and ready to go with the tag. Awesome buying experience. If were in the market for another used car in the future, we will check them out again.

My wife and I just purchased a 2004 Toyota Matrix XR from Elite Auto Orlando, LLC. I couldnt be more pleased with the level of professionalism among all the staff from various departments (finance, service, office, etc.) as they were all very personable and treated my family with the utmost respect. They did whatever they could to ensure that we were comfortable with our purchase and not overwhelmed with the car buying experience. Eliteautosales....I bought a car on Friday the 13th..I had a great experience with the salesman.Raymond..he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly knew the Lexus is250. Showed me all the bells and whistles...I though I was at a Lexus dealership..Raymond gave me the grand tour of cars on that Friday...I would recommend all my friends and family..to this car Lott..they do treat you like the elite customer..fast polite and very patient...I will buy another car from Eliteautosales again bar non....I feel I made friends with a great car co...regards Rjn 2thumbs UP Thx GENTS...

Me and my fiancé brought a 2007 Honda Civic from Elite Auto I believe back in October. Danny, our sales guy, was great. Very courteous and personable people worked there. I did however want to wait a few months before writing my review as to determine if the car was worth the buy. So far we have had absolutely no problems with it, except for a burnt smell coming from the underside of the car which we determined to be a plastic bag that got wrapped around the muffler soon after leaving the lot. Overall good experience.

I bought a HONDA from ELITE AUTO SALES OF ORLANDO about 6 months ago. I have had the best customer service from this dealership and during the purchase the finance manager Jose worked with me to find the payment I could work with and the down payment. It was a great!!!!I If you are looking for a nice car this is the place I recommend to anyone they have great prices and a great selection... Wonderful staff, very friendly. LOYALTY!!!! RYAN was awesome with me, he took care of me. they waited to weeks for me to get all items together to get my car. finally this past Saturday 07/01/17 I got my awesome Nissan Maxima... lady that did the paperwork was also very pleasant to me. great price on the car vehicle is in great condition nothing wrong with it. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Dont go to the big guys, go to the little ones they end up looking out for you!!! once again they are extremely LOYAL to their customers!!!!

My husband and I purchased a 2008 BMW coupe for my sons 16th birthday a few weeks ago and Gogi and is staff by far exceeded expectations. That was the 6th used dealership we went to and the saying "save the best for last" was proven. Immediately once we pulled up we were pleased with the interaction and the honesty about the vehicles on the lot. We negotiated on the price and came to a price that we were both comfortable with.
