Im not one to complain however I do not appreciate someone urinating on my leg and telling me it is raining. Sarchione Chevy put in my 9-inch rear end on my new Challenger. This is an $8,500 rear end that they f***** up getting in the powder coat is destroyed theres gouge marks all over it where they couldnt get it in. Furthermore they told me after working on it and charge me out the ass that it was done but its still needed work? I had to have the God damn thing flatbed it from their dealer to Aamco. The guy that Aamco definitively told me that when they put my rear differential in that they failed to put the carrier bushings in place. So when I pull my car around front the driveshafts scraped on the exhaust and made a nice notch in it. This is all brand new stuff and when I called to ask about this they straight-up lied to me and told me they did. Finally after the technician spoke to one of the managers and told him straight out hes looking at this they put nothing that they were supposed to and the guy just kind of said will send us a bill. Well the guys that Aamco told me that they will probably never get paid by them and I have a very large problem with this. Ive already paid them a ton of money but Aamco is now out $855 for all the labor. Now that its incorrectly my brand new rear diff and driveshaft are scratched up. Why the hell would I have it powder coated only for them to beat it up? So either Aamco is out 855 or I am but until you guys make this right I will have no choice but to continue to voice what is nothing but the honest truth. I was straight-up lied to. Even though my brand new stuff is basically junk aesthetically I cant expect them to reimburse me however I do expect the extra two days for rental car and the toe. Thats totally probably be around 1100 and again I will patiently wait for somebody to tell me the check is in the mail at which point I will happily recant. Miles Brook Eston-emt paramedic

Wow, how incredibly RUDE the management is here. I visited about a month prior, in hope to buy a new truck. After one of the salesman was too busy on his phone to answer my questions, look at me, i decided i would pass on the truck which had an airbag light on. So, today I try again. I went to try and contact Mark (which has been the only helpful, pleasant person ive worked with so far). I enter and was told hes with a customer, ok. So I patiently wait for him. Meanwhile, another salesman approaches me and gets me started. So, I start the truck to test drive, and the rear wheels wont move. After bringing into the front and telling them the problem, their used car manager comes out. He then began to tell me how stupid their lot guys are for doing such and such to their cars, how they had to put every truck in 4 wheel drive to plow the lot the day before but not anything else. After watching and not wanting to test drive the car anymore, he begins to tell me how stupid I am for having damage on the side of my truck, how wrong I was for telling him his salesman never completely focused on me, and that I wasted time. Its very safe to say I would never buy anything here, nor would i refer a friend. Amazed how me incredibly rude he talks to his customers, and unprofessional it was. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Bad bisuness practices. I was looking for a new vehicle with a specific trim combination. I found a close match at sarchione and called them. Left a message for sales manager and got a call back just before closing. Turns out it was the owner. We chatted and made a verbal agreement to call the next day(because it was closing time) and finish things up. I made sure financing and transport were in order(Im out of state) and called back a few hours after opening to be told they had sold the vehicle. Really! Even after that I was willing to give them a chance to find me another one, problem was that after two weeks of non returned phone calls I said forget it they dont deserve my business. When the guy whos name is on the front of the building acts this way, I can only imagine how the rest of the dealership runs. Only good thing that came out of this experience with sarchione was that it forced me to keep looking and I found exactly what I wanted somewhere else where I was treated as if my name were on the front of the building. To be honest a simple returned phone call even saying he wasnt interested in finding me another vehicle would have saved him this negative review.

I cant say enough good things about the Sarchione family. I recently purchased a new 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 from Sarchione Chevrolet. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from the Sarchione family, the first was a Ford Explorer Sport from the Ford store next door. Both experiences were very similar and stress free. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted in the Corvette and they accommodated me perfectly. Both John and Joe Sarchione were nice enough to take time to shake my hand and thank me for choosing their dealership. When the car was ready to be picked up, they again met with me to make sure I was happy with the whole experience. Really a pleasure doing business with them in what felt more like a family environment than a car dealership. I absolutely will be doing business with the Sarchione family again for my next automobile, regardless of what brand we chose. I highly recommend shopping for your next car there.

Went on their website after hours looking at a cargo van. Did the live chat and gave the girl my email and phone number and was told I would be contacted during business hours She stated the vehicle is showing in inventory. Never contacted so I call them about 3:00 in the afternoon. The guy who answered the phone said he does not show the vehicle in stock. I decided to take a ride and look for myself and sure enough the van is on the lot. I go inside, by now its almost closing time, and speak to a salesman who cant tell me whether there is a deposit on the vehicle or what. He takes my information and says he will call me in the morning. Still havent received a phone call. I guess a $30,000 sale is nothing to a dealership that large?

Bought a 2013 Chevy sonic from here and ended up only having one key for it, we agreed on having a spare made and I just need to contact them within the week to pick it up, a week goes by and I call and apparently they forgot to put the order in for the spare key, so I wait another three days to call and no answer... might i add i called 3 times throughout the day on a Wednesday. So I end up sending my dad to go pick it up at the end of the second week thinking it has to be in and he was very rudely treated when he brought up the key and said they had no records of a key being ordered or anyone contacting them. Nice dealership, too bad they forget about you as you drive off the lot...
