In the Fall of 2009, I bought a used Volvo V70 from Henrik at Good Used Cars. I bought it knowing that it was a used car and that it was sold "AS-IS". I carefully inspected the car and bought it knowing that it had a few small issues that I would have to sort out. But, I couldnt beat the price. After a few minor repairs, it has turned out to be a fantastic car. Completely loaded European car for a low price. Safe and reliable. In the Fall of 2010 I decided I wanted another one for my wife. These guys delivered again. Bought a nice Volvo S70. Cheaper than any other dealer that I could find in a 200 square mile radius for a comparable car. This one has also turned out great. Better than the first. I would like to see these guys offer financing or some other dealer services, but I will be happy with the low prices and clean cars. Thanks guys!

Past Made Present

Very Shady Owner & Establishment! I decided for some reason to give this place a shot in hopes of finding a great first car and hopefully being able to return for future business. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2007 Jeep Compass the engine light turned on before I even made it home, didnt end up having back brakes, o2 sensors needed replaced amongst a few other things. Worked with Henrik (the owner) and let his local mechanic fix everything for cheaper than what my mechanic quoted. A week after repairs the car has now stopped completely working and all the lights now flash on and off(abs,engine,etc) Terrible experience altogether havent even had the car 2 months and its already completely shot. Shady dude could barely make eye contact, should of took heed to that and ran! BUYER BEWARE

Son of mine calls Henrick to inquire about a truck. Son explicably asks Henrick about the frame as this type of vehicle is known to have frame rust issues. Henrick takes a walk around and says car is clean. Son books a flight to buy the truck; half way through his flight during a layover he gets a call from Henrick. It appears the frame has issues. Son asks can it be fixed to which Henrick replies "I dont know I am a car salesmen not a mechanic". Henrick had the weekend to warn my son before flying out. Instead son is forced to buy an plane ticket home and is out $500. for simply having to deal with this used car salesmen. I would advise any and all to look elsewhere! this is 100% accurate series of events that transpired.

My girlfriend purchased her 2002 VW Beetle here last year. The car died immediately after we brought it home and has had electrical and computer problems since. Its been a nightmare. I have been told several times that there is no way the seller of this vehicle could have not known about the major problems with this vehicle, but he sold it to us anyway with no mention of it. Also, when contacted, refused to remedy the situation. I am not one to make flimsy allegations, and would chalk this one up to a bad decision on the part of the purchaser, if there wasnt such strong evidence that they were intentinally dihonest about the condition of the car. I would hope anyone would think twice before dealing with this company.

This is an update to my first review. In January I came back to this dealership and bought a 2000 BMW 528i. The car has been nothing but fantastic, and Henrik was incredibly fair with the price. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I drove the car cross country and havent had a single issue with it! I bought a 2001 Saab convertible and its a great car, I havent had any problems with it. The seller is friendly, honest, and was very helpful in getting everything worked out. If I ever need to buy another car again, I know Ill be coming back here!

Well when you call someone three days ahead of time to let them know what day youre coming to buy a car, you would think he at least would have it moved so that you could easily take delivery of the car and be on your way. Not in this lazy morons case. Three days later and I get the runaround about weather this and that well what Henrik? If you want to make a sale you have to make sacrifices sometimes, which Im about to tell you to stuff the car where the sun dont shine and Ill find something else where the salesperson isnt a lazy, whiny fool.

Bought 2005 Subaru Forester. Seem to be up front on any issues. More than glad to let me test drive. Seems a very honest and trusting fellow. Trusted me and my check. Trusted him with his word. New windshield being installed tomorrow! (At no charge!). Reading some of the other reviews. One even admits bought it as is with no warranty and then whines about it when something happened.

Fair, honest, best purchase experience. Dealer did not reset the computer to hide check engine light. Even though the car was sold as is, was willing to make minor repair to fix a windshield leak. Car runs great! Ive had for about a month now. Would definitely recommended this dealer to a friend or family member.

Henrik sold me a car with a motor that failed within ten-thousand miles. This was through no fault of my own! It is sad that this dealership takes advantage of people like it did to me. I had to refinance the car just to pay for a new motor. Please shop elsewhere!

Henrik is an honest and straight forward guy. He did some regular scheduled maintenence on the S60R that i bought instead of just throwing out on the lot to let the buyer deal with. Fair price and easy to work with. Would shop here again. Love the car.

The car we bough of course was purchased as is and thats pretty normal for a used car lot. We got the car at a good price but we ended up putting $1,600 into already less than a month later! Just realize if its to good to be true it probably is!

Thanks the 2008 Honda Accord you sold us is good. The cars here are super affordable, wont find better deals elsewhere. Super fast transaction only took 20 min to finish paperwork unlike other dealerships where they slow as a snail.
