We had driven to the USA from Canada in our Infiniti QX56. It broke down as we got into Daytona. We spoke to Diane (whom was very nice, professional and accommodating about setting up an appointment for us which was straight away) and had it towed to the dealership. The vehicle had to stay in the shop for a few days because of the Christmas holidays and Diane made it very comfortable for us. She helped rent us a car for the trip at her company rate. She accommodated us every which way, ordering pizza, for us and offering coffee and donuts. Carlos dropped us off and picked us up at the hotel. He was very nice and accommodating, offering to do things for us and baking cookies for our girls. They went above and beyond our expectations. The facility was very nice and clean and food and drinks were set up for customers to have as they waited. They treated our case as priority as we needed to get back home by a certain date. We would like to thank The staff at Daytona Infiniti especially Diane and Carlos for everything they did and appreciate all the help.

I had an Amazing expereince buying my 2nd car - ever!! I met Dean on his day off at Daytona Infiniti to discuss buying a new car - needless to say i was already hooked on the QX70! The Dealership allowed me an overnight test drive and it was a Limited Edition! When I met Dean on a Sunday afternoon, we discussed my options / the car was a little too expensive and out of my budget. Dean provided several options and also gave me some advice - which i was very thankful to hear. Three hours later - i was driving home with this Beautiful Machine and I was too happy for words. The entire process was smooth, no pressure from Dean or his Sales Manager Dameon. I could not believe how easy and painless the entire process took. I really felt like i was dealing with family who truly cared about my "desire" to own this car BUT without putting myself in a financial deficit. Thank YOU Dean Vasile for an Amazing QX70 and a painless process!!

Man after a horrible week of dealing with other dealerships who were just unwilling to work with me and some with downright shady practice these guys took care of me. I negotiated everything over the phone because I was driving down from Jacksonville and didnt want to be mislead again like I had at an Infiniti dealership in town. Everything was emailed to me in writing, and I drove down the next day and picked up my car. Toni and David were great in getting me set up. The facility was also very nice and offered complimentary coffee and refreshments. These guys also set me up with a protection plan so that I could take my car to any Infiniti service center for routine maintenance and not have to drive back down to Daytona. They were also nice enough to coordinate with enterprise to pick up my rental car from their location. Hands down the best car buying experience Ive had and very much worth the 1hour 15 minute drive.

This dealership is fantastic. I spoke to Toni regarding a car I was interested in. Unfortunately it was sold before I had a chance to stop by. However, Toni kept me in mind and called me a couple weeks later when the took a trade in that she thought I would like. I was impressed in that she was spot on in remembering exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership for the test drive I worked with Dean who is awesome. I felt comfortable throughout the process and never felt pressured. Dean was patient and showed me a few other cars for comparison just so I felt comfortable with my decision. Although I spent the majority of my time with Dean, everyone at this dealership was professional and courteous. I love my new car and will definitely be calling Dean for the next one.

I bought a 2016 Infiniti Q70S in March this year and my Infiniti Specialist was Marcelo Calcedo. He was very helpful and patient as I test drove the car he recommended once he knew what I was looking for. The entire process was professional, and I appreciate the time he and the staff took to make this purchase happen. Marcelo also informed me of what the car did, programmed my blue tooth and let me know I could return for any reason with questions and/or concerns. Thank you to Marcelo and the staff at Daytona Infiniti. Im so happy theres an Infiniti dealership in my area now!

This experience one of the worst I ever had... I got stuck with a car that is just a nightmare Everytime I see it... I got a used vehicle drove off the lot 3 issues in 3 days.. when deal happened i was gaurenteed all issues if any would be resolved...Now hundreds of dollars in issues and now all of a sudden its not covered and no one there seems to care at all.. dont shop here they are all just sharks waiting to eat and sugar coat everything straight lies from all of them!!!! Let the warning be heard..

After several bad experiences shopping for a new truck. I t was very refreshing to be treated as human beings. Mr. Dennis Santangelo went out of his way to make feel comfortable spending our money. He not only found the truck we wanted but worked hard to get it within our budget guidelines. We are not easy to please, but his approach and personality made the difference with us. I bought my first Infiniti ever from Daytona Infiniti. The dealer was awesome they did everything to see that I bought what I wanted and the customer service was top of the line. It took me 3 days to make a decision and they didnt give up on making me happy. I would like to give thanks to my salesman Marcello and the other 2 managers their RJ and Dean what awesome employees they are.... Again thank Daytona Infiniti I will definitely be back.

We loved working with David!! If this review was about him I would give him more than 5 stars!! Unfortunately- my 3 hours spent with David turned into a complete disaster when Howard walked in to talk to us. Its a little confusing how he is the sales manager. His attitude and ability to disrespect customers who are close to buying a brand new 2017 car is puzzling! Please dont sit down and have a conversation with this man!

Went there today to look/buy a Q60. Sales manger told me to come back with my parents for a test drive. Its not my parents who were there trying to buy a car it was me. Even when I informed the SALES MANGER I would be buying the car outright if I liked it. No one even asked for my number to follow up or anything. Didnt appreciate the age discrimination. Went and bought a Mercedes instead.

We purchased a car on Christmas Eve morning. Weve purchased 16 cars over the years from various dealerships. This was a hassle-free experience. The vehicle was fairly priced and the salesperson, Amanda, was very helpful throughout the process. My wife was not feeling well that day and Amanda also helped in that regard. I would highly recommend both the salesperson and the dealership.
