Went through drive thru to pick up my script the person who finally opened the window was chewing gum and proceeded to blow a bubble while getting my information he then gave me my prescription and change i started to pull away and noticed something was not right I could not back up so I drove around and got back in line when I told him that he shorted me on my medication he grabbed the bag out of my hand and was short with me I finally got my script and I left this took me 25 minutes. When I got to work I called CVS to talk to the pharmacist the phone rang 8 times before someone picked up and again I was treated rudely I was called a raistist because I stated that the black gentleman at the drive thru window was unprofessional how did she know whether I was white or black CVS should rethink their hiring practices because this CVS on Woodstock Drive sucks I will be looking for another pharmacy

Just got ripped off by the pharmacy. Sold me 2 5ml bottles of eye drops for $400 when I only needed one. Refused to take the second bottle back and give me a refund even though I just bought it and the box and seal are intact and didnt know I had a second bottle until after I opened the bag and then seen my receipt. Their techs pretty much told me to take a hike. I will never spend a single dime with cvs again nor will my family. Id give negative stars if I could. Burn in hell.

Friendly staff but the waits at the pharmacy are typically long. The worst thing about this store are the hours of operation. 9PM close for a pharmacy store is not a good practice.
