I made an appointment with the clinic online. I received a confirmation email with the address and my information on it. The next day when I arrived the computer did not have my appointment. This caused me to take time off of work and drive there only to be turned away. I called and filed a complaint with their main office. If you cannot honor peoples appointment times then do not offer the ability to schedule one. Even though I had a confirmation the person (that was obviously not doing anything that day nor had to work) was scheduled to go next. I was told that I could not even go after her because there were appointments all day and then it was their lunch time in an hour and a half.

The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens are so unprofessional and do not care about customers! The 2 snotty women behind the counter told my pregnant wife she needed to stand in "that" line to get a prescription filled, and then ignored her for over 20 minutes while dealing with the drive thru people, like they are more important than the people who walk in the store! I called to speak with the Pharmacy Manager and he wasnt even in, didnt even have a VOICEMAIL, the woman who answered simply said "I can take a message!" Unbelievable!!!
