I have been coming to this store because I went to PetSmart and the staff ignored me! I brought my friend and his Min pin with me and the staff were so nice and knowledgeable! The Min pin loves PetCo, but hates it at PetSmart. Anyways, I have fleas in my home and I had used the Raid Flea Plus Foggers. They killed the fleas but not the eggs or anything else. So after being at PetSmart for an hour and being ignored for 45 minutes, I decided to come here because I had a wonderful experience last time. They had someone there that answered all my questions and she even went though every flea killer product with me and other things I could do. I bought the Zodiac sprays and fogger. I havent fogged my house yet, but the spray is awesome and wherever I spray it, they fleas die and I dont see them anymore! It kills them in all stages! So I will be going back to this one for anything I ever need for pets or fleas. Also the store is very clean and they use the product they recommend to clean the store. It has never been smelly when I went there.

Since this location has changed management, I have been seriously let down in getting my dog groomed. The first time, they failed to get her in their computer and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they said she was not in the computer and that they had lost one of their groomers because she quit because she could not work with one of the other groomers. I rescheduled my dog for a second appointment and was called to say that they needed to cancel because Brenda had pink eye, and did not want to have my dog exposed. I appreciate the concern, but, this does not seem to be the way to run an operation. I have now found a more reliable groomer. PETCO is missing the boat.

Since the change in management happened about a month ago, the store is just not the same, before the employees cared about the animals and enjoyed talking to the customers. Now since the store manager is a bald guy instead of a woman, the service here has become noticeably worse. Now it is all about sell, sell, sell. The employees dont have time to share any actual information because they are forced to try to get the customers to spend money no matter what they are buying. I will not be bringing my business there again.

Me and my girlfriend purchased a cockatiel from Petco. When we took him home we noticed one of his toes was injured , and he seemed very depressed. We ended up taking him to a vet and the vet told us that the birds feet had developed arthritis and that one toe was about to fall off , also told us the bird was 6 month old not 3 months like the Manager of Petco told us. When we returned the bird to Petco, the assistant manager gave us a dirty look and acted so rude. I will never shop at Petco again.

The customer service was good, but the fish department is too cramped. You cant just stand there and look for interesting fish without having to move three feet to get out of someones way. They dont sell Panda Corys which is the only reason I went there, but they do special order them so thats good. The prices on bettas are a bit too high. Overall, its just a small cramped store if you are an aquarist, but the fact that they have the full life spectrum fish food keeps me going back.

Stopped in to get a bag of cat food. The store is very nice looking and well laid out. Upon finding the cat food I was mortified at the prices, which were, in my experience, high for cat food. At checkout the cashier was friendly. I do not see myself coming back here to buy food or essentials, but possibly niche items, as they had a wide variety of stuff.

Friendly staff and good advice will keep me coming back to this store for a long time. The advice instruction I received here vastly out performs the nearby Petsmart. They worked with me for 6+ weeks to get my fish tank up and running properly and trouble shoot the issues.

My little dog had blood dripping from her toenails when I brought her home. This is so sad and awful service. I am absolutely displeased and will never be taking her back again.
