I normally would not write a review but I had not only one but two bad experiences. Although the people seem very nice, I brought my 3 dogs to be groomed one weekend while I was showing my home. They were helpful at making room for the appointment but upon drop off and pick up there was one older woman who wasnt as pleasant. After repeated calls (3 in an hour) to pick up I said I would be there in a hour to pick up my dogs she seemed very short in her response. I was a little annoyed because I said multiple times I was showing my home and to take their time. I guess though while I was showing my home I should have answered and been there right away(I think I should of got an hour for my $100+ bill for 3 baths). I then decided to let it go and take my lil dog for a hair cut the following weekend. I asked for a shave down except for ears and tail. When I picked up my dog she had a very uneven cut, with tuffs of hair on neck and head.. When I showed her she took her back to correct it but her face looked like it was scissored and was uneven instead of shaving it as I had asked. She had razor marks from the clippers and uneven cut marks through out. I paid the bill although I felt I shouldnt of but would not leave a tip since Im going to have to fix the uneven spots throughout myself. I would not have paid at all but there was young girls(kids) in the office and I did not want to put them in that position. Which they have no business being in that position if a client is upset. I will never go again, although I have been told the groomer there is good, not sure why the manager was grooming my dog, its obvious she has had little to no training in grooming yet Im expected to still pay a licensed groomer price.

I have taken my dog here a few times now and it has always been a good cut, but this time I went to pick up my dog and they informed me they had mixed my dog and another dog up, sent my dog home with another owner. They appologized but did not seem like it was a big deal to them. And to my suprise they did not try to make it right, considering I had to wait 20 min till this owner brought my dog back into the Store. Needless to say I am going to find another place to spend $60 on a groom and trust my dog will not be sent home with another person.

Paid way too much for them to groom and clean my two dogs, the grooming performed was just ok, when all was done the bill came out to over $100...ridiculous! Ive taken them to other places in the past that did excellent work and didnt pay more than $80 with a tip.

Had a great experience. They got our two large breed dogs in very quickly and took great care of them. They were both cleaned, trimmed, clipped and came out looking like they had a great time too! Would highly recommend and will continue to use.

Did a great job on my wiggly 5-month old shih tzu- not an easy job! Also, seems like they really love dogs and treat them kindly while being groomed.
