If i could leave negative stars I would. When we originally walked in to this store we were ignored for a solid 20min, that should have been our first clue to run. We looked around and found some things we liked, since we were furnishing an entire house we picked out quite a bit of stuff. Finally a salesman asked if he could help. long story short we got approved for financing after giving lots of personal info, including bank account numbers. BAD IDEA!! We decided, after listening to the worst salesman on Gods green earth, to not purchase anything at all. We said thank you, and goodbye. Now 3 months later what do I see?!?!? BADCOCK FURNITURE has been charging me almost $100 a month since that day, for financing on furniture I never purchased! How in the world does this happen?!?!? On top of that the finance company basically tells me sorry not much we can do except delay your next payment a bit. WHAT PAYMENT YOU IDIOTS!?!?! I didnt buy anything at all, what am I paying for?!?!? STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!!!! The incompetence is at an all time high in that place!

Hace 2 años y medio compre un televisor de 65" Lg y se me quemó la pantalla por qué hubo un problema con la electricidad. Afortunadamente mi esposo y yo compramos la garantía extendida y nos remplazaron el televisor por otro mejor sin pagar nada. Aveces pensamos que las garantías no sirven pero a nuestra familia no ahorró bastante dinero. Gracias BADCOCK por su excelente servicio y por pensar siempre en sus clientes definitivamente no los cambio por nada.

Estaba interesada en comprar un juego de comedor. Apenas llegue a la puerta me saludaron y me ayudaron a comprar uno que cumpliera con mis bolsillos y mi. Nuevo apartmento. Y lo mejor es que tienes muchas formas de pago para ayudarnos a mejor tipo de vida. Luego de tener el juego de comedor se me perdiron los tacos para las patitas y llame y enseguida Me ayudaron a que mi mesa quedara como nueva Recomiendo mucho esta compañia.

What I did like is that the store is located close to my home. But the experience was horrible. I purchased some items that had torn within two years. I purchased the warranty on them so I called to get the merchandise replaced and wow was it a problem. It has been 7 months, no response. They have sent multiple people out to my house to inspect the merchandise but yet they have no record of it. I went to the local store, no help there because they never call back, the managers dont want to talk to you and then they act as if nothing happened.Never will I purchase from here again. Worst in store customer service and no overall satisfaction.

I went into this location yesterday and the staff acted as if I had EBOLA they made it a point to act busy or walk away once they thought I was headed their way. I left because I cannot support a business that has poor customer service and horrible staff. The fact that I dont speak Spanish or look like them should not affect they way they treat me as a consumer. The good news is I found a cute rug online and ordered it from another company. I havent bought anything from them before and surely wont after my experience.

Ive been doing business with them for a few years, and I have not ever had any issues. The Cutler Bay store is run by competent employees, who dedicate themselves to providing quality service to a standard not found very often in this day and age. Silvia and Carlos provide a friendly and welcoming environment for their customers. I would definitely recommend this store to friends for appliance and furniture needs.

I walked in looking for a new bed set and was immediately taken care of by heidy. She was very knowledgable and informative, and answered all of my questions and concerns. She showed me some different options that I liked a lot, especially one specifically. After she explained the way I could finance it I went ahead and made the purchase and I couldnt be any happier! Great customer service I am very satisfied!

Amazing place for just about everything you need for home decor. Dealt with a young lady Heidy who was so sweet and handled everything I wanted/needed so smoothly. They had a large selection available for me to choose from as well as an additional selection that they could order in for me. Would definitely be going back for some more.

Although employees are friendly and helpful. It is a nightmare to make payments every month. Sofas going bad just within 2 years is unacceptable and insurance we paid doesnt even cover it. I paid more than $2500 for them, didnt expect to be the best but definitely last more than 2 yrs. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Great experience, I was in thr market for a couch just not happy with the idea for a bonded leather, Eddie Santiago gave me a better option on a leather gel couch cheaper than real leather. It was nice to be explained the difference between one and the other nice place to buy from very honest sales person

The "general manager" barely speaks English and does not know how to explain himself. I had a billing issue and he was not helpful and very rude. I do NOT recommend. They threatened me about taking furniture away even though it was THEIR fault for the billing issue on my account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
