Today marks officially 3 months since I ordered my bedroom set and I was just told it will be another week. The waiting hasnt necessarily been the issue. The first issue was the fact that after 3 weeks from when we placed our order, they delivered the correct night tables and dresser, but the head and footboards were incorrect. After sending that back with the delivery guy, we had to call our sales rep back so he could reorder that piece of furniture. This time he didnt "fat finger" the serial number. Or so I hope. The second issue was trying to get the status of our order. So we waited another 2 weeks expecting to get a call anytime about our new delivery date along with an apology. Since it never came, I decided to call the store myself and talk to my sales rep. It was here where I was told by the receptionist that he was busy and that my message will be delivered to the sales rep and he will get back to me. 2 days later still no call. I repeated the process and once again got the very nice receptionist who said it must be some mistake and that my sales rep will give me a call asap. 2 days later still no call. This time I called and asked to speak directly to the manager on the status of my order. I was told the manager was busy and that he will call me back asap. 2 days later still no call. I then went into the store personally and asked to see the store manager. I mean call me crazy, but apparently "repeat customers" is not a metric Ashley Furniture cares about. This leads to issue number 3. Even the store manager seems shady. So figuring what I had been through with the receptionist/sales rep/unability to type in an order, I (apparently way off) assumed perhaps the store manager would be very embarrassed and apologetic about the issue. To my surprise, he defended his sales rep stating that they dont even make money until the furniture has been delivered and that its not very "fun" for the rep to return calls if they dont have any good news to report. So I guess this explains their customer service strategy. "If the customer isnt happy, ignore them and hope they go away." So I finally found out that my last piece of furniture for my set is out of stock and that it would be another month before the keebler elves can handcraft it, let it sit for 28 days, and eventually decide to deliver it to my house. I will admit that the manager did offer to return my entire set for a full refund, but his intentions did not seem geniune. First of all, he stated several times "if I were you, I would return it." Eventually I realized that it was because he currently has about 6 other customers waiting on the same bed set and he "didnt make that much money off of my sale" Hence, it was more beneficial for him to lose me as a customer and fulfill the other more profitable orders. Granted I would take him up on the offer anyway if we hadnt already decorated our bedroom around that darn set. So here I type, 3 months later, with two night tables and a dresser, and still no head or footboard and with the most absolute worst customer service experience ever.

Hey everyone! Please very careful to shopping at Ashley in Davenport FL, I think that furniture store is to make you happy! Any time you have something new at home, makes the entire house beautiful right! With diferente and positive energy, Im so disappointed, my dream was get my first house, and after years working hard I finally got my first and new house in USA, I decide to shopping all new Furniture, did searches and Ashely at Davenport I went last Saturday 08/26/17, Dan was the selas person, I told him that I need set for entire house 3 and 2/5, first of all the living set with 14 pieces was set up with parte that included 14 pieces right! The dinner set comes with 1 table and 4 chairs right! King set bed and dresser and night stand, quem set the same, I bought $8k furniture huge order, then surprise! The dinner set, come yesterday with only one chair! The order says I bought only one chair!!!! So Im a costumer and I put the order in computer, so the employee did right! Called yesterday to store some guy answer the phone I explaining that others parts was missing like the dresser king set, living room table, etc etc, I was on the phone for 36 min on hold then of curse I have something to do I work executive jets parts that the costumer is so important to me and I can make mistake but my customer never he is always right! Anyways disconnected the phone call, calling back for 7 times no answers the entire store couldnt answer the phone, so Call the Kissimmee store a lady there so polite talked to me minutes later Rebecca MANAGER Davenport calls and said she can give me discounts for the 3 chairs for dinner set for $100 each, can you believed!!! I said I bought the set for entire house, its so easy to understand that the employee makes mistake and I need my 3 chairs I will not pay for the employee mistake! The problem is the money at all the problem is how come they took advantages for a costumer, English is not my first language, but I will not let people doing it with my dream to have my house set up! Even if I have send everything back I will its about trust! If I bay everything SET on the same store is about the trust I dont put orders in computer to sign the huge shopping was about that I TRUST to all my staff was there! VERY CAREFUL!!!!! THE PEOPLE AT STORE, Dan and Rebeca are not good people they take advantage for you!!! Telling me to buy others chairs they robbing me as costumer! I will write it everywhere that people needs to know what they are very unfair with costumer!!! SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Well Im not going to surprise you and say this was even an ok experience... In fact, this was hands down the WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! We went in and purchased, paid cash in full for our large order for our newly remodeled home. We were told we would receive our furniture in 2-3 week, happily understanding the small delay told to us because our sofa was in "such high demand". After week 3 came and went without a phone call, I called Ashleys and rudely was told(by Katie) there was a delay in my order. When I asked when I was going to be notified of the delay, she snapped " well we have other customers and cant call everyone". After speaking to the manager Matt, he apologized and promised me this was going to be fixed and delivered the following week. Furthermore, I explained to Matt that I understand delays happen I just wanted to be notified and kept in the loop, he assured me he personally would call me the next monday to confirm if the order was on schedule. After that Monday came and went, I called and spoke with Matt again. I Asked him why I hadnt heard from him in regards to my order he stated he was waiting to talk to another manager about possibly selling me the floor model. I kindly explained to him I order a change in the model shown and didnt want a used sofa. I ended the conversation by asking him if I should look for furniture else where? He stated no, this is a rare situation and he assure the furniture would be in the following week. After waiting a total of 7 weeks, I called once again to ask where my furniture was, only this time no-one would answer the phone! I googled(embarrassingly too late) reviews about this company and saw not one but too many to count customers dealing with the same issue. In a panic, I called another Ashleys( which was actually a REAL ashleys and not owned by crooks), they explained to me how this ashleys works and that there was a good chance I WOULD NEVER GET MY FURNITURE, as I was his 6th call about MELBOURNE ASHLEY"S TODAY!!!!!!!! I left work early that day and we went down hoping they hadnt gone out of business overnight and take our money with them. Thankfully, for us, we were able to get our money back and we had our furniture delivered 3 days after we purchased it at the other REAL ASHLEYS. THIS STORE IS GOING UNDER..... and will never keep word on their promise. SHOP SOME ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
