Hice una compra el lunes de 1600 y el vendedor James por equivocación no tomo el número correcto del teléfono para el delivery ... fui a la tienda para q el manager me ayudara y le explico lo ocurrido solo me dijo q trabajaba por políticas de la tienda ..me dijo q era mi parabra contra la del vendedor q pagará los 100 dollar para el próximo delivery y q me acegurara de poner bien el teléfono porq ellos perdían más porq sus muebles al devolverlos al almacén se podían dañar ... con tantas mueblerías disponibles con un excelente cervicio al cliente me aquivoque al escoger Ashley cuando no tienen manager q les sepa respetar al cliente ... y ahora días después después de aver corridomi credito me veo en la penosa nesecitas de cancelar mi pedido .. perdiendo los muebles q me encantaba para mi hogar

I had a really good experience at the store. Juan Ovalles had exceptional customer service skills. ( 5 stars) He was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, when I did received my merchandise I was furious. I had it holding there for a while since I came on vacation and decided to purchase these pieces of furniture. My chair came torn in multiple places, the back of the chair is pulled apart from the wood, the storage compartment came broken, somehow a piece in the middle looks like it is missing,(above the storage compartment) and the top part of the side of the chair was broken( the wood underneath). I had the chair shipped via Tropical and the packaging came in tact. I am in the process of filing a claim and trying to get a replacement chair. I have not had a chance to sit on the chair as yet. Yes, I am mad!! Those chairs cost me just about $2000. To be continued.....

I purchased a home sight-unseen in the Keys (I live in Minneapolis) a few months ago and planned to furnish it remotely to save myself a trip to Florida just for shopping. I called a handful of stores from Miami and further south and most people laughed and wished me luck. Thankfully I tried one more time and Cesar H. picked up the phone at the Kendall location. He was amazing from the word go! He literally walked (ran) through the showroom while on FaceTime, 1200 miles away, to make sure I liked what I was buying. I furnished an entire house with his help without ever stepping foot in his store and it is beautiful. He continues to go above and beyond to ensure we are completely satisfied with our purchases. If I could give a 10-star review, I would.

Sales associate, Cesar Hernandez, gets a 5 star rating. He was extremely helpful, polite, and provided a great customer service experience. I purchased a display model that did not come with shipping. During payment, the assistant manager was not very helpful, rude, and was not tactful with the overall situation on how the furniture would be picked up. She provided a sly remark on how she would only help move the chairs & will not even provide simple packaging for transport. Her body language & communication skills was not of management level. She made me feel like a very unimportant customer. When I arrived the same day to pick up the furniture, the only person that helped move the furniture to the loading area was Cesar Hernandez.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley furniture store as I was looking for a dining room set with 4 chairs and had a limited space. I was greeted by Dyana a wonderful young salesperson who understood my needs and took me throughout the store and then left me to browse which I enjoyed. I found a wonderful set and scheduled delivery however on that date, I had a conflict and had to leave early and was going to reschedule. However they called me back and told me they could come earlier. Well, I was thrilled as most stores would not have accommodated me. The delivery man came promptly and set it up quickly and was very polite too. I intend to go back soon for more things.. I am very pleased with my set.!

I had the misfortune of being misled about the Labor Day Sale and was told that if I waited until Labor Day weekend there would be a store wide discount of 10%. No one mentioned the stipulation of being over $450 to qualify. I just wanted two stools that do not qualify for the discount. The moment sales associate found out that I was "only" looking for stools Bryce decided helping me wasnt worth his time and told me to go find the stools on my own- telling me they were somewhere in the store. How helpful. Really. Meanwhile, to make it worse after the long drive and the most unhelpful service Ive ever had, I find out the stools were $20 cheaper online!

The sofa and loveseat were sold to is with a description of having Leather seating surfaces which is NOT True, they are bonded leather and have preferred faded. The mechanisms in the recliners do not work properly, and one does not even close. The recliner portions are separating from each other and the console. The dresser in the bedroom set is broken, 3 drawers do not close or open properly. The bed is on bricks due to the faulty design and strength of wood used. Definitely the worst purchase I have ever made and now they will not honor the extra warranty I purchased. I will update this post on how Ashley Furniture handles the warranty claim.

The store itself has a decent selection but the prices are a little high though. I was pleased with my selection but did not get what I had asked for. The customer service heping with this issue was terrible and although it was the stores mistake on ordering the wrong item I was still required to pay. I had to take time off work for a second delivery and trying to get anyone in the store to actually fix the issue and please me as the Customer was impossible. I would honestly never purchase anything else from this store again nor recommend it to anyone that I know.

Stephanie is fantastic and super knowledgable. She gave me her card and urged me to call with any questions even when I left the store without purchasing that day. Her patience and non-pushy manner made me feel very comfortable to really ponder and pray about the purchase before deciding. I believe it was a big reason we did decide to go ahead with the purchase. We called her back and she made it extremely easy to finish up the sale. We will definitely be getting our furniture from her in the future.

Bought an adjustable base. After a month, my spouse and I could not compromise on the angle settings. Called the store and spoke with Manager. Explained situation and requested to exchange for an upgrade to a split King adjustable base. Obviously this was in their favor since i was not only going to spend more, I was willing to pay for restocking fees. They refused to accept my return and not willing to work with me. Poor service!!!

I would never buy anything from the store anymore I purchase a dining table first of all delivered damage they had to come and fix it and I told him I dont want anymore they refused to return I purchased the three years warranty extra I had many chairs cracked ive been trying to get someone to fix them with a warranty I purchased when no one will return my call or my email if I could I wouldnt even give them one star
