Will never be back at this location ever again! My wife went in to just get her glasses tightened a couple months ago and the girl who did it ended up melting her frames and cracking her glasses. The assistant manager Melissa took care if her so Ill give them that but then lets fast forward to last week when she went to get them tightened again the girl Brandi cracked her lenses! She then proceeded to tell my wife that the store policy is that they are not responsible for breaking her glasses that she would have to have the store manager call my wife to see what they could do. So the next day the manager quonna called and said that they are not responsible that my wife would have to pay to fix THEIR mistake. So my wife called corporate and was told that what quionna said was totally wrong. If the store breaks your glasses then THEY must fix it.... my wife ended up calling and fileing a report with regional management due to quionna being a total jerk (to use nice launguage) and talking absolutely rude to her like it was my wifes fault for THEIR mistake. The frustration she had to go through was not needed! Quionna is the worst store manager ever! Please spare yourself the frustration and dont go here because no one knows what the hell they are doing!

Ordered contacts over the phone no reciept obtained in box had me go into location get rebate and receipt sent my husband only getting the rebate called said they would call back never received a call back. Quana office manager was very rude and had an tone when explaining they could not email me a reciept. "We dont do that." cut me off while I was talking trying to explain the situation after multiple interruptions hung up on me after holding called back multiple times with no answer until I called back from another number and finally an answer they are sending in mail now hope to receive the documents. Would not recommend this location and will not be doing business ever again with them.

I have had a very bad experience with the Lens Crafters in south Elgin on Randall Road. I have been back there 3 times without getting any satisfaction. The last time I was there Quana?? the store manager waited on me. I told her I was unhappy with the fit of the glasses so she suggested a lighter frame, well she comes back with frames $100 more than I had. I asked if I could get thinner lenses and she said that it wouldnt help. Needless to say I walked out of there very unhappy and aggravated and told her I would never go back there again. After spending over $500 dollars I thought I could get some satisfaction.

We received the worse service from the office Manager Quiana. She is the worse and a complete liar. Looking at all the reviews it looks like this place has a BIG problem with this women. It is a shame because all the doctors are great. I know they just lost two clients and we will let everyone know about our experience today.

Horrible. My husband ordered glasses. A week to come in and 1 day after getting his new glasses the lenses fell out. Had to reorder. New lenses came in a week later and still too small for the frames. Third time reordering lenses and they will not discount any money or expedite!!

I wanted to take the time to say.. I went into lenscrafters. my frames was broken, I didnt have a second pair. The manager Quiana took the time to find a frame that my lense fit in and now I can see. Thank you so much Quiana you are truly amazing

If i could give them zero stars i would. Worst staff ever. Worst service ever! Worst products ever! If you absolutely must use lenscrafters, go to a different location. These people all have their heads up their asses!

Wow! I broke my frames and was expecting the worst. Went to this store and they had my frame still in stock. They replaced it immediately and I was out of there with my headache gone.

Brought my sons broken glasses in, and they fixed them immediately. Walked out with new frames!! Took less than 15 minutes. Awesome. Very helpful staff there. Thanks!
