Worst experience ever!!!! The staff that works there is absolutely terrible. They didnt do anything besides stare at me when I was trying on glasses, not trying to help me pick out a pair that I liked. The space there is so small you cant even move around to try on the glasses! They also billed my insurance saying I bought glasses there when I didnt even purchase any glasses. And then when I called to talk to a supervisor about what had happened the supervisor was just as bad as the staff, accusing me of fraud?? Which is absurd, I will never recommend this place to anyone! And I will never ever be going back here if my eyes depended on it! I wouldnt even give them 1 star but I had to in order to write a review!!!

Having horrible time trying to get my 2 kids glasses prescriptions. 7months! And still have not receive them. I had paid the insurance and they have the audacity to tell me that would take 2-3months when I had already waited 6 months!!! So they asked me to purchase the glasses at full price from them!! Counter people were disrespectful. When I refused to pay full price for glasses they asked me to call the insurance myself!! Well, I called and they said I should have had the glasses within 60days MAX! So they called in with me in the line and no one picked up the telephone. Its been 7 months and they have yet to call me for the glasses! Horrible. Submitting a BBB report. Dont waist your time visiting.

I have be wearing glasses and contacts since I was 8. I have been going to the same doctor and I would always go in get an exam, glasses, and contacts and I was on my way. My insurance changed last year and I changed doctor. Dr. Hajali right away noticed that my eyes were in REALLY bad shape after wearing the same type contacts for 12 years and for my super high prescription (-8.50), I am almost 24 and after switching contacts and following her recommendations and follow up appointments, she has told me that my eyes are much better! She truly cares about you and your eyesight, especially for my high prescription. I would totally recommend her for you eye care.

inexperience and poor service from one of the two optometrists. Suggest to use artificial tears to cure eye infections. expensive frames and glasses, with vision benefits paying $500, you end up have to pay another $400 by yourself for average progressive glasses and average frame. Walmart is much better. Owner is extremely impolite and rude. Take my money without giving service. Called in Elgin policemen. Policemen said they could not force the owner to pay back but if they were us, they would go to the circuit court to sue the owner out of business. You are all warned. It should be rated negative stars.

Its a great place the staff is very friendly I will tell all my coworkers to come because they take our work insurance they are very specific with the health of my eye they dont just want sale me glasses but they want to take care of my health first Dr Alam and the rest of the Dr are great I will be coming back and will be recomending it to everyone I know !
