First of all the good: people. Everyone working there is great, very nice and I absolutely have no complains about that. Now the bad: I have got my eye visit (very long and, I believed accurate) to get my reading glasses but when I received them after a couple of days, they were way, way "too strong". I then returned and had another (shorter) visit and new "not that strong" lenses .....again, this is not what I was looking for. With the glasses I have got I can ready at a certain distance (1 foot) when I focus but then as soon as I try to see a bit closer (few inches!) or at a bit longer distance I immediately feel nausea and I have to take my glasses off; they are still "too strong!" Maybe I was not able to explain myself about my expectations (but after two times I have been there I guess they knew my needs), maybe the visit did not find what really was wrong with my eyes but I ended up putting their glasses into a box and I went back to Walgreens and I have got cheap over counter reading glasses that works great. I then spent time and quite a lot of money for nothing. I am quite disappointed actually......after the visit they kept saying I needed +2.5/+3.0 glasses to compensate some sight issue they have found but with those glasses I had nausea, with the +1,25 I use from over the counter I feel great and I can see perfectly....whos wrong? Updated after few months (today is February 6th 2017): they promised to get back to me to solve the issues (see their comment here below) but they never did.......very professional, congratulations! Very disappointed, bad service and did not keep the promise!

I am really surprised at the negative comments here. While I am not the best at regular visits the small handfull of times Ive been here the service has been great. Many times in the past Ive told people about this place and recanted the time when I wanted prescription sunglasses but waited less than a week before my vacation. I was so dissappointed that I could not get them before my vacation that they offered to fedex my glasses to the hotel in hawaii without extra charge. Ultimately I opted not to put them through that extra effort but still the thought that they would take that extra step left an impression on me. The staff during my visits have been friendly and while I can be a bit chatty they never made me feel rushed. Looking up their phone number today to schedule my next visit and stumbled accross these posts wont stop me from going back.

Excellent Staff and Doctors. When we moved to the area 5 years ago, we needed a new Eye doctor. My husband wears glasses and I do not, but we both go each year. The staff is friendly and courtious. They take care of our insurance and weve only had to pay the co-pay. The last time we were there, my husband wasnt able to find frames that he liked, so they gave us our prescriptions on a card so we could find frames we liked elsewhere. Its a very good practice with doctors that know what they are doing. My husband has a difficult prescription, and they are more able to meet our needs well. Im not sure why others have not rated this business well, as Ive been going for the last 5 years and have been completely satisified by their services and the folks that work there. I would recommend this business to others without hesitation.

Poor service once I made the purchase and had a hard time getting reimbursement once the insurance paid. I was looking for a new eye doctor after moving to the area and found them via my insurance providers website. Friendly staff and doctor. However, I had to pay the cost of what was covered by my insurance up front (170.00). I was told that it would only take a few weeks for me to receive my money back and that it was their policy to charge the patient up front (I have never done this at any other eye clinic). It has now been 7 weeks and I am finally getting the 170 back on my credit card. It took numerous phone calls because I would not get calls back. I am very disappointed with the service I received after the purchase was complete.

I had heard such great things about this practice that I knew I had to come here to have my eyes checked. I had been having trouble seeing both distance and with my reading glasses for quite a while . The staff was friendly enough but I was disappointed in the actual doctors visit. He did not dilate my eyes but did tell me the importance of it. Because I am almost 60 years old and have never had my eyes dilated I feel this should have been a priority with him to check on issues that could not have been seen without dilation. In my heart I believe this doctor had somewhere else he needed to be and did not want to take the time to do a thorough exam of my eyes.

I DO NOT recommend this place.The administration is more interested in making money rather than helping the patitent. The manager Doug is rude, patronizing, and shows absolutely no respect or care for the customer, especially when he believes the customer is "out of warranty." Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money here!

I have been a patient here for years and never had an issue. The staff has been helpful, worked with my insurance to get me the best price, and replaced glasses that had chipping coating on the lens. I have stopped in randomly to have glasses tightened and was welcomed.

I took both of my children one that is disabled. She can be difficult and they did a great job with her. Since my son got his glasses they have been replaced twice with no questions asked at no charge. I would recommend them.

Not a fan. Recommended some contacts that did not work well for me then when I went back to get a different kind they want me to pay for a new eye exam even though my original eye exam was only 3 months ago.
