Wonderful service. We got a mini schnauzer a couple months ago. When we first took her in one lady spent a long time discussing different food options. She really explained the differences and gave us her opinion on which we should get. While there we checked out the groomers. The lady there was sooo nice! She has shnauzers as well, and talked to us for the longest time about dos and donts and everything else we should know. We took her the next day to get a "puppy groom" and it was perfect. They are so gentle and sweet. We went back last week due to anxiety, and barking. We got a thunder shirt. While checking out, Don, talked to us and got in the floor playing with her, giving us all sorts of tips. I love the fact that each and every time we have went in everyone we talk to takes time out to really talk to us, not just point us down aisle 3. They give valuable tips, suggestions, and care. We have a pet store a mile from us, but we drive the extra few to come here for the exceptional service!

First, please let me say that this is usually my GoTo store for my Cooper and will remain my GoTo store. I just want to express my disappointment over the following: This happened 12/06/14 when I went to get Coopers (probably) last photo with the advertised Santa. He has a terminal illness and I thought Id like to have a photo with him, my hubby & myself as a remembrance of his last Christmas here on earth. Much to my dismay, they didnt have a Santa, just a picture of a Santa that they superimposed a picture that they took of your dog over it. WHAT?!!! I had a very difficult time trying to set this up because I took a seasonal job this year and had to work it out around that schedule. It was the only day available that all 3 of us could be together. Hence, also the reason that this testimonial is so tardy in being expressed. Very disappointed, PetSmart, VERY disappointed.

I will never take my dog back to this store. The customer service is terrible. I do not get my dog groomed often but every time I have taken her here I have been very specific about what I need and they disregard what I say and they do not accommodate me. I have also taken my dog to the PetSmart on Woodruff Road and they are wonderful so I know that it is this store specifically. The Laurens Road PetSmart will not even honor the price that the PetSmart on Woodruff road bathes my dog for. She is small, not even 25 lbs and they charged me $37.00 just to bathe her. I insisted that that was too much and they changed it to $25.00 but they would not honor the $18.99 that the other PetSmart bathes her for. The quality of their work is less than average. Do not take your pet here to be groomed.

We recently took our dog in for a grooming at the Laurens Rd location. I specifically asked for and paid for a FULL SERVICE. When we got home I noticed the nails were not cut, there were still small mats under the arms and the only fur trimmed was with a razor. She had spikes all over! Definitely not what you pay for, especially since their fees are astronomical. To be honest, I have never seen a groomer have to pick a style out of a book?!? First time for everything I guess. Lesson learned.

Jackie, who groomed my westhighland terrier literally shaved my dogs face! Who the heck shaves a dogs face? Better yet a westies?? I am so upset and I expressed my disappointment to the lady who was there when I checked out and she didnt even offer to do anything about it! Do NOT ever shave a dogs eyes, nose, or face without the owners permission or request! I almost cry everytime I look at my dog now; I will never bring her back! :(

This was my first time taking our dog to a store. The store was kept clean and the person running the register asked if he could give the dog a treat before he did. He also asked our dog to sit first and praised him for listening. We were also approached at least once while shopping to see if we needed any help locating anything. Very professional group. The store was very well kept

Was told to not clean my tank for three weeks that I was cleaning it too much.. Got a second opinion who told me I had an algae bloom and to clean 40% one day and 40% the next. I have done that and my tank is almost back to normal! Go to your local stores where theyll be honest with you and truly care about the health of your pets!

Nikki did an excellent job on my dogs grooming, and she was so sweet and a natural with him. Another member of the PetSmart team was very patient in assisting me with working the name tag machine on our way out. This PetSmart has a kind and professional team, and we look forward to future visits!

Went to fit a harness on a pet, customer service rep helped with the process very efficiently and gave excellent advice. Pet was nervous and had a small accident and service rep went above and beyond and offered to clean the small spill up for us. Would visit here again!

Used a coupon from the puppy guide booklet. I later tried to exchange the puppy food for a different brand and was not able to use the coupon. Manager was not welcoming at all. I will not be returning and will warn all customers with animals about customer service.

they have good variety of quality food options for my dogs, and they have good sales. Prices are better than other pet stores, so I mostly only shop there. I dont use the groomer though, use an independent salon. So no thoughts on that.

Opie had a grooming today. His coat is soft and he smells so nice. The ladies were very friendly. The store itself always hasvwhat we need for Opie at great prices. I love the Martha Stewart collection of dog accessories!

Jackie Huth in the Grooming Department is FABULOUS! She handles my Siberian Husky like a PRO...She comes out looking perfect everytime Jackie lays a hand on her. Thank you for having such an EXCELLENT Groomer!!!

I have taken my dog here for puppy training and I use the Banfield vet. Everyone from the vet clinic to training to the checkout is always professional, kind, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Usually well stocked, the manager is nice and knowledgeable. Its a chain so you know what youre getting and they take infinitely better care of their reptiles, fish, birds, and rodents than Petco.
